We have been using CH&A for over a year and could not be happier with their responsiveness. We recently had an issue with our heat pump cooling system and Cody came out on a Friday AM a week ago to fix. After he left, the system was not working quite right that afternoon, the customer service dispatcher called him, he came back late on Friday afternoon, spent a couple of hours going over the system and corrected the issue...and it has been working great ever since! Cody was very informative as to what the problem was and gave us a heads up on another possible problem for the future (it is an older system)...very helpful! Josh was great. There was scheduling confusion that could have prolonged our heating issue, but Josh was willing to come out at an odd time to fix work on our HVAC. The work was a bit pricey but he literally had to disassemble our entire machine, the part was covered by warranty. I must say that I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am with Complete Heat and Air. I needed a new 2.5 ton system for my home...my old one was 25 years old. I reached out to two different HVAC companies. 1) Complete Heat and Air and 2) General Air. They both were roughly the same price for their services, with minor differences in supplied equipment. I ultimately decided to go with Complete Heat and Air because, they were going to be able to install equipment sooner that General. Well as it turns out, I made a big mistake picking Complete Heat and Air. A rep from Complete came out to my house to see how they could best satisfy my needs. The rep, asked me questions and actually crawled under my house to investigate and inspect what was needed. She was under the house for about 20 min or so and then she came back out and discussed with me what she found. She provided a quote and went over financing options with me. Later on that evening I reached out to her to let her know that I wanted to move forward and she said great! I applied for the loan and was approved. We scheduled a time for install, which was just a few days later. My wife took time off of work to be home so they could do the work. My wife told me that they arrived and were getting started....very nice I thought to myself. It wasn't 10 minutes later, that I received a call from my wife letting me know that they were pulling off of the project because the tech saw a flea on his hand. I thought she was joking, but they were very serious. To make a long story short, two techs from the competing company, myself and the rep from Complete Heat and Air were recently under the house and know one mentioned anything about fleas. I could understand if there was an infestation (which there wasn't), but a single flea? The best part of the story is that the rep said that they could come back if the crawl space of the house was treated for fleas....she told me that I couldn't treat my own house, I had to have a professional do it and she so happened to have the perfect guy for the job. I told her that it wouldn't be necessary that I would get someone else to do the work. A week later, I had a new system installed with zero issues. I have no control over whom my property manager hires. My furnace began to have issues. It would not turn on when it was suppose to do so and would randomly come on in the summer when everything was set to off. Complete has been here many times. The first time I was told it was the thermostat and the owners paid to replace it. Then I was told it was the wiring. He told me to go to the circuit box to turn it off and on. This included the air conditioner which is on the same circuit. Eventually, the circuit breaker wore out. Then the owners had to pay many thousands of dollars to replace the circuit beaker. THE FURNACE IS STILL TURNING ON BY ITSELF. This is getting ridiculous. Something is wrong with the freaking furnace and they can't seem to diagnose it or fix it. read more

I called Complete Heat and Air at 9:07am on December 21,2018. The heat stopped blowing the day before. I kept trying to lower the temperature on the thermostat and raising the temperature back up hoping that it would click back on, but it didnt. I looked online for places to call and saw Complete Heat and Air, read all of the services that they provide. I then read the reviews, and all of them were good reviews. I knew it might be hard to get someone out this close to Christmas, but they worked me in and a technician was at my house by 5 pm. He introduced himself, I explained what was going on, he turned the thermostat up to 77 and went outside to check the unit. He didn't take him long to find the problem, the flame sensor stopped working, he did try to clean it, but it didn't work. He replaced the flame sensor, made sure that it was working, a quick fix, and I was so glad it was a problem that could be fixed and it wasn't as bad as I had originally thought... having to replace the unit!! Thank you Complete Heat and Air for working me in, being so friendly and for doing a good job! read more

They had my part for my A/C, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for all A/C repairs. They have a more expected price for homeowners. They came out on a Sunday! Our downstairs heater didn't cycle on and it was 55 degrees downstairs. We have two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. My neighbor recommended Complete Heat & Air so we called them and they came out the next morning, on a Sunday! The gentleman was here over an hour and determined some wires were loose upstairs, plus some connectors needed cleaning so he did everything. The heat came on and it was wonderful! Not only did they fix it right, they were professional, explained everything, and guaranteed their work for 30 days. Not a good experience. We had a pinhole that needed repaired in a refrigeration line to the compressor in the wall of our eat-in kitchen. This was a line going to the smaller of the 2 units at our home. We marked exactly where the hole was (as we made it with a nail while trying to hang a clock) so there was no diagnosis needed - we told him exactly what happened and that the freon had leaked out. We overheard the technician talking to someone on his phone describing our home as a big home in a big new subdivision. First clue that we were going to get overcharged. The technician patched the hole, evacuated the system, pressure tested it and added 6# of R-410A freon - the least expensive freon. When the technician was asked if he was going to put insulation around the copper lines so that it wouldn't sweat onto the sheetrock, he shrugged his shoulders and stuffed a thick piece of pipe insulation around the line, similar to what you would put around an exterior water pipe. This stuck out so far that the sheet rock couldn't be reinstalled and patched. The company had to send out a different technician the next day to apply the correct insulation so that we could get the wall repaired. The company charged us $1,114. My husband, until recently, worked in the air conditioning business, and knew we were overcharged. Lesson learned...call around and get estimates. read more

I wanted to expose my basement ceiling, but the existing ac ducts were ugly and not paintable. Nicholas & Joey did a great job replacing the old ducts too a modern steel paintable vent. They were able to give me the industrial look I wanted. Good Job Guys!!! read more

Complete Heat and Air is a great company! Earlier this year, we needed a whole new system and they came out and installed it - very professional, friendly and courteous. Last week, we woke up and our heater was stuck on - at 88 degrees! Couldn't change it. I called in the morning and left a message and they had someone out by 10 a.m. The thermostat thing on the wall was defective, and he replaced it right away. Extremely good service. Also, in talking to our friends, we discovered that they were all shocked at the reasonable price we paid for the system - many said their systems cost twice as much! After doing a lot of research and obtaining several bids, I selected Complete Heat and Air to replace my entire HVAC system. They have shown 100% commitment to doing a great job and ensuring my happiness. During the removal of my old furnace, they accidentally banged up my front door. They quickly sent someone out to fix the door - it looks better than ever. All the workers were seemed to take care and pride in their work. They had quite a number of guys on the job and it appeared some of the more experienced techs were training some of the newer ones during the process since ours was definitely a fairly complicated install. I appreciated seeing such good teamwork. They cleaned up everything nicely and showed me how to operate our new system. A few days after installation, our sales contact Kenne (Yes, that's supposed to be an "e" on the end) came to do a post installation inspection and answer any lingering questions I had about my new system.
