The staff is always friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome from the start. The gym is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's a great variety for whatever type of workout I'm in the mood for--weights, cardio, or functional training. The 24/7 access is a huge plus for my busy schedule, and it's one of the reasons I've stuck with this gym for so long. The atmosphere is just so positive and relaxed. Everyone minds their own business but is still respectful and supportive in a way that makes you feel comfortable. After three years, I can confidently say this is a place where you can focus on your goals and feel good about being here. Non-existent as it pertains to a policy they have that has NOTHING written regarding women's attire anywhere and it was also not furnished to us upon purchasing the pass. The manager Jay Alexander did nothing in the way of trying to accommodate us. It was his way or the highway when I saw directly with my own eyes his employees wearing jeans in the facility. Which is actually inside the policy we saw for the first time this afternoon. I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint against the manager and his sales associates. Don't waste your money supporting an establishment that caters to the managers whims and family members Also every single poster in the facility has a female working out in an actual sports bra. Wayne is the owner and is about one of the nicest men I have ever met. He is always kind, open, and willing to shoot the shit with you after a workout. The gym is decently sized and although a lot of the equipment is older, there is plenty of it, and all of it works well. Three squat racks (four if you count the cage), three flat benches, multiple inclines and military presses, dumbbells up to 150lbs, dedicated deadlift station, and more. There is an aerobics room in the back. You can also buy shakes, pre-workout, etc from the front. There are also tanning beds upstairs. Wayne also runs a U-Haul business out of there, so if you have any moving needs, he can help with that as well. All around the best gym I have ever been to. Wayne became a good friend to me while I lived in Westlake and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
