As soon as you walk through the front door there doesn't seem to be much privacy for the patients. The exercise equipment and workout tables are front facing with no courtesy wall. One exception are the available curtains that can be drawn around therapists work tables, so that's a plus. I also noticed the environment appears a bit loud with a lot of chatter. Despite what I observed, the space looks clean and the front desk staff have been very friendly. Most importantly my neighbor likes her Physical Therapist and that's all that matters.

At first I literally called for 2 months straight and left messages for a woman named Lorna. She never ever returned my calls or emails. I ended up with her supervisor Ruthy. Ruthy was able to schedule an appointment. In this appointment she stated that they offered feeding services but they didn't take my insurance so I would have to pay out of pocket or go through CPSE. Ruthy recommended that i start the CPSE evaluations before opting to pay out of pocket. I started the CPSE process with their office and they sent a psychologist to my home. I explained to the psychologist that I wanted a complete evaluation because she is now school age and if there is any issue I would catch it early. This psychologist evaluated my daughter and he made the decision to pick and choose who evaluated my daughter. They sent someone to do the education evaluation, speech evaluation and that was it. I specifically asked for all areas and I was told by their offices that it's up to the psychologist to decide what evaluations she needs (which isn't true). I end up getting a call from CPSE to do the final meeting and when I told her what Our Children First said she was beyond upset. This company didn't even come to the meeting. They were on a conference call the whole time. The CPSE worker told them that they weren't allowed to do what they did and they needed to send the rest of the evaluators the way that I asked. The company agreed and they sent who they needed to send. I was told by Ruthy the supervisor that if she didn't qualify I could pay out of pocket for services and I was ok with that. CPSE ended up denying my daughter services because according to Our Children's First evaluations my daughter didn't have any delays. So I called Our Children First to take the option of paying out of pocket. At this time I am informed by Michelle the one who's in charge of these meetings that they do not offer feeding services there. Mind you Ruthy the supervisor said that they did. So I wasted over a year on this company only to not receive any help from them at all. All they wanted was for me to do the evaluations with them so that they can receive the money for these evaluations. If you are in need of these evaluations please use the DOE's company's. These people are not organized at all. I wasted so much time on a company that clearly didn't care about my child's wellbeing. They were only after money.

The space is immaculately clean and well equipped. I want to especially thank Miriam Kazais who's been helping me on both occasions. Main office kept on saying I wasn't authorize. Never give me a straight answer that they were in negotiations with my insurance and left me totally hanging. My insurance scheduled my my appt at another facility ASAP. Much better and personal than reddy care.

When I first started my therapy four months ago (wow), I was on the fence about this place and almost gave up. It's the first time I have ever really injured myself, especially my knee, and didn't really know what to expect. I went through several PT's there and wasn't really happy with my experience at first. However, after being shifted around to several therapists, I finally landed in the hands of someone who I felt the most comfortable with. She's very professional, personable, passionate about her patients, informative, and most of all really sweet. I can go on and on! You can tell when someone really Loves their job and is passionate about what they do. With that being said, I would totally recommend this place to friends and family. I would especially recommend that you get with the PT(s) that took care of me, Christina Brigante. She's awesome and knows her stuff. She will get you back to better in no time. Even though Christina was my favorite (LOL @ Nick), I have to give a shout out to Nick Malize! He was my second back up PT and was also fun to work with. He's just as good, knowledgable, and a really nice guy. I'm glad that they both teamed up to help me progress with my healing. They will be missed!
