I came in with a frozen left shoulder and a lot of pain, and week by week I could feel real progress. Ron's hands-on manual therapy made a huge difference, and his calm, encouraging approach made it possible to work through the discomfort and steadily regain movement. Chris and Brian carefully guided my exercises, watching form closely and making thoughtful adjustments to ensure I was doing everything correctly. The clinic runs very efficiently. Equipment is always ready, the staff keeps everything organized, and each visit feels purposeful and well run. I expected to do some exercises and probably not see much progress. My experience at Core PT shattered those expectations. I initially met with Calvin who was super helpful in diagnosing the issue with my back and getting me started on a personalized treatment plan. I treated mainly with Frank and Julia for about three months. I can't sing their praises loudly enough. Frank could write a book on bedside manner; he always had a positive attitude and reminded me not to get discouraged, reassuring me that I would improve if I stuck with it. He took a dynamic approach to my recovery and made an effort to keep modifying my treatment based on his expertise and understanding of my injury. I received individual attention at every single visit. Julia was there every step of the way to guide my routine and help explain different stretches and exercises--always with encouraging words and an ear-to-ear smile! The MD was nice but did not review my pre-visit health history; I had to go through everything again and he wanted me to take a muscle relaxer 3 times a day - absolutely not. The office was dirty and messy. I told the receptionist I had a bad experience and I continued to receive multiple calls and texts asking to set up more appts after I told them I would not be returning. I just received a notification confirming a pain management appointment that I never made. The entire experience was very unprofessional.

I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! This is first impression review: you can arrive 15 mins early to do paperwork. The process was…read moresmooth. There's only 4 chairs in the waiting area to sit down. It was 12:45 on a Saturday and this location had 2 patients before me. I am impressed with the layout and the gym items such as weights, elliptical, mirror to see your stretch poses and it just feels comfortable. The session took about an hour and follow ups can be 30-40 minutes. Noreen took the time to educate me and what I am feeling based on my results and provided recommendations to get better. I felt she took the time to explain and made sure I was comfortable. They do provide heat therapy, loosen your muscles and shared two stretch exercises to do in the morning. I look forward to my next appointment and hope to feel better soon!
