They have a pool that opens the second week of June and plenty of off camp sight parking. While I would have generally reserved this type of place as a 3 star review, here's what makes it a 4. The staff, we all know how some public employees can be..... these guys broke the mold! The park manager escorted us to our sight and gave us a quick rundown!!! The night(watchman?) stopped by and advised us on the 8am and 8pm trash pickups and where the local convenience stores were. On a side note he stopped every night to see if we needed anything! Pro tips, There is no beach There is no power on the sights There is a guy that comes by every night selling wood. Only 2 vehicles per sight.

They examined it quickly to determine if parts needed to be ordered. In going through the checklist the mechanic discovered an improperly attached fuel injector....something 'accomplished' by the other shop. Got it back in one day! It is a 2 hour drive but we'll worth it for their service. And it runs better than ever.​

A Clayton marina wouldn't even take the time to look at it, & that has happened to us in the past. But Chalks did & replaced a solenoid quickly so they were back on the water. The lack of service by the Clayton marina cost them a potential jet ski sale because none of our family will ever go back there.

I'm not a golfer. This was probably my second or third time golfing -- ever. So take that with a…read moregrain of salt. I think this a great course for the novice like me. If you're looking for a low-key time to knock around a couple of balls, this place is for you. There were some more serious golfers on the green with us, and we often let them play ahead. If you are a true beginner, there's lots of places you can lose a ball. Similarly, sometimes the hole is obscured by brush or trees. The course is well manicured, but there is often lack of direction for the pathways you're supposed to use with the golf cart. Affordable and conveniently located on Rt. 11. Wear sunscreen - not a ton of shade.
