They are rated A+; however, in my book, they have a D due to their lack of professionalism. On Thursday, August 15th, the project manager came out to give me an estimate. She was friendly enough and very knowledgeable. The early stages of our initial encounter were pleasant, but when I asked about permits and the contract for my lawyer review, her demeanor changed. It seemed as though she had a problem with my request. Before the project manager left, I was told I would have the estimate by Friday, August 23rd. On August 23rd, I didn't hear from Anderson Construction, so I called. I was informed that the estimate wasn't complete yet because they were very busy. They reassured me it would be ready by the next day, Wednesday, August 28th. To my dismay, I didn't hear from Anderson on August 28 either. When I gave them a follow up call, the receptionist told me the project manger would call me back. The project manager never returned my phone call. I called them back on Thursday, August 29th. During this conversation, I was told that they sent me a text the prior day, but they messaged my landline so I didn't receive it. I gave them my cell number and was assured I would have the estimate that evening or Friday morning at the latest. I am writing this review on September 11, and I still waiting........... I was truly interested in doing business with this company, but their blatant display of unprofessionalism has been a turn off. If they can't provide an estimate in a timely manner, I can 't trust them to work on my home. Sheila M.
