I contacted Ray on a Sunday via Yelp and to my surprise, he replied within the hour and we made a plan to touch base on Monday. I told him what I needed, sent photos of the space, and he offered to have one of his team (David) come out to do the job that same week on Thursday! I couldn't believe the turn around. He offered a fair and very reasonable price for the entire job. Ray and David were prompt at the time they said they'd arrive. Ray pointed out yellowing in one of the bathroom ceilings and since I had the ceiling paint in the condo already, he offered to add this to the job without extra charge. David brought one other team member with him and they were exceptional. Very professional, super friendly, and clearly took significant pride in their work. David checked in with us periodically to make sure that everything was exactly to our specifications. He was even done an hour early! Ray came back at the end to make sure everything was good to go. I am so grateful for Ray and his team because now I can keep prepping for baby's arrival and not worry about these half finished bathrooms. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We set up and appointment for Larry and his son Kyle to give me an in-home estimate on replacing about 500 square feet of old carpeting in two bedrooms and their walk-in closets. Kyle walked me through various fiber and style choices and even helped me pick the color. Larry measured the rooms and gave me a quote for installation, moving furniture, and the removal of the old carpeting. The price was very reasonable, so Kyle prepared a contract for me, he checked with the manufacturer for stock status, and we picked a date for the installation. Since I live in a condo, I needed a Certificate of Insurance to present to the building management company so the work could be approved. Larry sent me one without delay. The installation itself was so smooth. The team, Pedro Jr. and Luis, arrived right on time, moved furniture with great care, took up the old carpeting and padding, and put down the new. The master bedroom is large enough to require seams in the carpeting, and they did a great job. When they were finished, they vacuumed thoroughly and even cleaned the building's common areas like the hallway and lobby to make sure there was no trace of carpet and padding crumbs. They were kind enough when replacing the furniture to allow me to measure carefully and they repositioned the furniture to my exact specifications. The first days with decent weather in late April the deck was washed, and by early May the deck was finished. A crew of 2 worked a full day power washing and bleaching the deck and 2 sections of yard fencing. Every part of the deck was thoroughly cleaned, including areas not normally visible, and all areas of the deck that were surrounded by bushes. Within about a week, as soon as we had a few sunny days and warmer weather, a crew of three worked a full day sanding and staining the deck and fence. The deck floor was power sanded, and all other surfaces were hand sanded, before all sawdust was carefully blown away and stain was applied. Deck Doc did an outstanding job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Communications regarding scheduling were excellent, work was done competently and on the days and at the times promised. The area around the deck was left completely clean when work was completed. Thank you for making my deck look like new.

If you are particular about the type of people who enter your home or not having random things broken without being notified then you will be better off somewhere else. This amazing crew of thug pirates will fill your home with all the foul language you could ever desire. They will leave all sorts of clues of the places they go. Not sure if they painted your bathroom? Check if there are poopy paw prints on your wall. Want to know if they changed your bulbs?well look for the broken glass from that beautiful light cover you used to have. You will know where they painted by the drips on your rug. You will know where they brought their materials in from the scratches on your floor. Not sure if the workers are on drugs? Leave your house for an hour and enjoy the wonderful aroma of pot. The employees are truly uniques individuals of course I want to hear about all of your bitches and how your baby momma is knocked up again. Thieves robbed my next door neighbor, perhaps having seen how difficult it would be to open my door! After repairs, the back door can now be opened & closed like a normal door. He's reliable (a rarity in this day and age), he's honest (an even bigger rarity), and he's extremely professional. So much so, I re hired him 2 more times! Once to assemble and install a ceiling fan and another time to do an interior design project I've been working on. Review on that coming soon. I would, without a doubt, hire him for any creative handyman needs! Well worth it!
