After a little over a year purchasing a home with remodeled bathrooms, paint was peeling and many imperfections (wall seams, spackling, improper sanding, paint brush marks) in the walls became apparent. I am over the moon with how they look now. In addition to the work I asked, he called out other improvements such as paint that bled onto the ceiling, light and bathroom fixtures from previous paint work (that didn't prime after patching) as well as light moisture stains on shower ceiling. He made suggestions to remediate and took care of them at no extra charge. It was clear that quality and end result was important to him. He also stayed true to what other reviewers and the motto of the company. They go above and beyond. He also asked for my input throughout the process. This was helpful as it allowed me to incorporate my input which may not have been covered and showed his care for customer satisfaction. On top of everything he knew I had guests coming to stay with me and moved things around to fit me in. His partner also happened to notice a issue with my door which they fixed as well! Andy responded quickly to the Yelp project request. He came out to give an estimate and had a final figure to me within a day. It included multiple coats as well as the paint. My job was a kitchen, a hallway, and the stairwell going up the stairs to another small hallway. Andy and his coworker finished it in about a day and a half. I also had him prep some painting I wanted to do myself in both of my upstairs bathrooms. On the first day of the job, I discussed with him adding on ceilings because I had started to have second thoughts about not doing them. And he had no problem adjusting and was honest about the time frame and such. The job itself was done extremely well. All the sanding was dust free using the excellent machine that they had. Upon starting the job, he noticed some boards that needed to be replaced. He replaced them himself so I wouldn't have to call another service.
