We were willing to come to a resolution with Jacob so long as he provided satisfactory work, but due to his unresponsiveness, we have since hired a replacement and are looking at another $9,100 to FIX + COMPLETE the work that he was initially hired for. He answered all our questions patiently and stayed focused on the job without rushing it. Notably, the final cleanup was so thorough! Earlier, the person who visited us for the estimation and measurement was equally good- very knowledgeable!
