I would never recommend this company to anyone for the care that I received and for the that I got it took them over a week to respond back to my original claim and even then I had to speak to a manager to actually get somebody to talk to me. I had to help manage the elevators and load in/out but no problem. Eric the owner told me a four hour day was about the right estimate at 2 guys $140 per hour., $560.00. Turned out to be exactly 4 hours. Tipped each guy $20 cash all good. Unfortunately at the end, a $130 trip charge was added. I felt like that was a little much for driving the empty truck back to Caldwell. Wish things were more clearly communicated about the extra charges.

Even though we were running two hours late, BBM met us at the house to help us unload. They were unable to extend the time helping due to other jobs so I can't blame them for that. This review and five stars is more about the two young men who helped us; Gage and Trent. Both of them were polite and professional and KICKED @SS. These two guys hustled and unloaded a 26 foot truck packed to the gills in under 2 hours (with the help of my son-in-law) with my directing what furniture and boxes went where. Their work ethic is outstanding and they never rested or paused. Hats off to these fine guys!

However, when I advised them weeks in advance of the closing of our new home it seemed they had to outsource the carrier. We were distressed to find our Sleep Number mattress was strapped to the outside of the tailgate and subject to rain and mud which infiltrated the plastic sheeting they covered it with resulting in a large stain.
