    Disappointed Customer. BLUF: Poor management of office. Poor customer service - owner neglected to place medical notes on dogs card - owner neglected to pass information to employees - Dog on blood thinner was cut (owner told about mole and caution with blood thinner) - 2nd dog returned half cut and soaking wet - Supposedly lost my signed receipt, swears I didnt pay, but its on my Amex. WILL NOT RETURN!!! My dog was groomed approx 6x before moving to Italy for a year and this was the 4th time since returning in December 2022. A VERY in-depth conversation was conducted on the phone and in the shop on day of drop off, and every other day after, about my dog being on blood thinner and other meds (due to heart condition) and a mole on her back leg that cant be cut due to the blood thinner. Today, visit 4 in a row since Dec. The mole was cut. This dog is my child. She will now have to be on 24/7 watch because if she licks the wound once, it will continue to bleed. This is detrimental to her health. The owner was told $1000 was spent on this 3 years ago because it was cut before. I was told this "was a simple mistake" **Owner Refuses to return payment 2nd dog was returned with half groom and soaking wet

    I have brought 5 dogs here to be boarded in the 6 years i have been coming here, they have ALWAYS…read moreprovided excellent care going above and beyond, Respectful, kind you name it just awesome staff, they recently revamped their entire staff excluding Jenna and Leland both of which are amazing and very helpful. Since the staff change my dog has boarded 2x, during pickup they are not remembering toys brought with her, unused food being returned and forgetting her harness and leash, Not a huge deal except i live an hour and half away, still not a huge deal spoke with Leland (mgr) and he assured me that he would get issue resolved. Upon pickup this past weekend I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their NEW receptionist, not impressed at all... While discussing what was being forgotten this time I asked about the ball forgotten from last visit and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me (of course facing away from the camera they have in the lobby) Well Im sorry that set off my bitch switch and for that I apologize but her eye rolling and attitude were uncalled for in a professional place of business, and when the OLD staff here were always so gracious and friendly no matter what then its unexpected and unacceptable, I work in customer service and would not have a job if i rolled my eyes at a customer. At any rate I will no longer be bringing my Tia to this facility. They really should do some customer service training with this individual as she clearly needs it . Again I appologize for my reaction to her rudeness and I want to again state that Jenna and Leland are amazing and this is NOT in anyway directed at them! Date of Incident 01/11/26
