I exchange things frequently, because why keep something you don't love? Every time I bring an exchange here, she goes "All of thissss??" and it drives me crazy. It's like 3-4 items? So yes please, all of it. There are no dressing rooms, so if you'd like to cut down on exchanges, please feel free to tell corporate to reopen them. The last time I exchanged a tank top as I didn't notice there was a hole where they had pierced it with the tagging gun, she sneered at me and went "You paid $15 for a tank top???" I'm like... ma'am, it could probably be resold for twice that, and anyway, it's none of your business? I also agree that donated (and damaged) goods shouldn't be sold at that high of a price, so it'd be one thing if you're commiserating with me about recent markups, but there's really no need to throw shade my way about it. Also, it's really dimly lit and musty inside. They seem to be having trouble with their A/C or something. Not pleasant to shop here during these summer months!

Come to this thrift store if you wanna find affordable jewelry to dress up your outfits, I would always get compliments on my choker jewelry that I bought from the store. The owner and her husband had really great customer service. They explained that the beautiful furniture piece in the front which would be a record player no longer works. I got some assistance lifting these items into my truck bed and I paid through Zelle as the store doesn't have a register just yet. My jewelry items were also a dollar very affordable. I do believe this is more of a place for resellers, as I saw a few people searching and calling out certain brands - and the fact there was a person saying they could sell a piece for some amount. But...this warehouse is open to the public and is truly the ultimate treasure hunt. This location is very clean inside, along with the blue bins and their contents. I did encounter a random wet item in a bin, which freaked me out for a second, but all was good. The bins are not organized by type of clothing, so you really have to sort through them. They had new item rotations every half hour during my visit here, but everybody hovers over those when it happens. You can join the hunt, but you can't bring your cart to the new rotation areas - you have to carry them by hand. Staff are mostly college-aged and all are friendly. The register staff were polite also. The air circulation was okay here, but it does get stuffy after a short while. I was happy to step out after finishing my shopping. I got a few pieces (7 pieces to be exact) for about $18. It's $3.19 per pound for clothes. In all, a pretty great experience and would come back. Thanks, Goodwill!
