I came here not knowing what I would find, and my oh my, this warehouse was a great location to find some good haul of clothes without breaking the bank! I do believe this is more of a place for resellers, as I saw a few people searching and calling out certain brands - and the fact there was a person saying they could sell a piece for some amount. But...this warehouse is open to the public and is truly the ultimate treasure hunt. This location is very clean inside, along with the blue bins and their contents. I did encounter a random wet item in a bin, which freaked me out for a second, but all was good. The bins are not organized by type of clothing, so you really have to sort through them. They had new item rotations every half hour during my visit here, but everybody hovers over those when it happens. You can join the hunt, but you can't bring your cart to the new rotation areas - you have to carry them by hand. Staff are mostly college-aged and all are friendly. The register staff were polite also. The air circulation was okay here, but it does get stuffy after a short while. I was happy to step out after finishing my shopping. I got a few pieces (7 pieces to be exact) for about $18. It's $3.19 per pound for clothes. In all, a pretty great experience and would come back. Thanks, Goodwill! read more

First, the service was very poor. It was obvious the staff do not want to be there. Not one friendly person among the staff. As far as value, you pay by the pound and I felt like I was trash digging. I was a little more appreciative when I realized that there were goodwill tags on the items and this was the last stop for items that are not sold. I got to see when they were getting ready for new bins to come out on the floor but was already checking out. All in all I didn't feel it was worth the extra drive and I will stick to my favorites and continue to shop for color tags for the 1/2 price deals. read more

Compared to the other bins location in San Bernardino, this Goodwill is fairly clean, bright, and has good ventilation, so the shopping experience was a lot better. It's a little smaller than the other one, but it feels way more sanitary (though I don't really expect this feeling to last). I did see some of the customary grossness of bins shopping: dirt, pins, loose food, and on this particular occasion, a diaper. It'd be nice if Goodwill did at least a minimum of sorting through "donations." Also, checkout was a bit of a hassle. Instead of just weighing the cart you've been using, you're asked to relocate your haul to another cart already on the weigh station. read more

Went here on 1/21/26. This facility is very clean. Was expecting to find some good brands but didn't really find anything. A lot of the clothes have goodwill tags on them like they are the pieces from the goodwill stores that nobody wants. I spent $11 ended up with buying some clothes for my baby. Nothin special. The workers yell when they barricade everything and are about to let you start sifting through the new inventory. I couldn't understand what the worker was yelling and she got mad that I had my cart by my side. I guess you can't do that when you are released for the first 5 minutes so keep that in mind. This was my bad. I don't think I would come back here. read more

What I find. I often pass by this Goodwill outlet on my way home and wanted to stop by. The workers are friendly and good about communication about how the store works as they bring out new tables with new items for purchase. The prices are per pound so the toy I bought my son was less than 3 dollars. Needless to say I and my two sons are done shopping and waiting in the car for my wife and two daughters and the pile of clothes they want to buy grows. Arrived on Sunday morning around 8am and it was not too crowded. The place is clean. I found some good stuff in the bins. They rotate the bins around every hour to 1 1/2 hours. The staff was fine to me. Not rude as some others have mentioned. I can't wait to go back. read more

EVERY bin store in the nation should model their store after this one. The management has created an impeccable store where energy is respectful and mindful, even for the customers.. the customers are taught to be respectful and mindful of the store and each other while shopping making such a pleasant and fun experience. There is order, cleanliness and structure here that the management has created that especially the San Fernando Road store needs to exhibit and learn from Spruce Street. I really like this outlet and I have been to goodwill outlets all over Southern California and all up the pacific coast. (And even in New Mexico and Maine). It isn't as huge as some but it is clean and well maintained and the people who work here are friendly and efficient and seem to really enjoy working here. Also the other customers here are more friendly than at many other outlets and the bargains are unfathomable. It is an adventure every time. read more

New outlet location is clean and spacious. Employees are friendly and helpful. $3.19 per pound for textiles. The selection sucks. I visited this new location when it opened in April 2025. Found so much good stuff, i thought i was in a thrifters paradise. Now, not so much. I think employees are picking out the good stuff to sell in Goodwill's boutique store that will be opening next door sometime next year. If not, it's being picked to go directly to Goodwill's online auction site. My last visit i stayed for 3 hours and walked out with three items. I will go back to the bins in L.A. I have been to multiple bins locations across the US and this is one of the oddest ones I've been to. For some reason they close the entire store off to do rotations, making us wait to get to the other side and snapping at us if we try to cross. Multiple times I've attempted to leave and checkout during these rotation times and Ive been yelled at for doing so. Also, in my most recent trip I was buying a single small toy that I was charged for at the rate of an entire pound. I told the cashier there was no way it weighed a whole pound and she insisted she was right. I didn't want to call a manager over a couple bucks so I let it go. I later weighed it and found out it was less than 4 ounces. She did the same for other items in my cart and charged me much more than it should've costed. Even if its a few dollars its a bit scammy Another time I was buying a suitcase and was asked to open the suitcase to the camera to prove there was nothing inside! I have never been so shocked in my life, essentially accusing me of stealing which of course I wasn't. For god sakes you guys get this stuff for free. Stop being so greedy and be more accommodating to your customers read more

The works are RUDE. I waited 25 minutes at the cash register waiting for someone. Nobody helped. I and others ended up leaving. Something sketchy is for sure going on in the back. Never going back, the way the front guy spoke to woman was so unprofessional. He's supposed to be a worker but doing what?? He couldn't cash the line out. this location takes about 2-3 hours to do 1 single rotation which sucks. the workers are somewhat nice, they yell at you if you get tired and want to sit on the ground, (usually only yell at the girls bc the girl workers have crushes on the men here for some reason). theres also a lot of annoying young men who come here and bother everyone's personal space and will take clothes out of your hand or just push you if you're looking at a bin. now for vintage or y2k pieces, theres barely anything. the San Bernardino location gets in way better clothes than this location and the rotations are much faster. the pricing is $3.19 per pound which is on the pricier side for goodwill bins but everyone knows goodwill is greedy. also to note is the AC doesn't work that well at this location. it gets very hot inside! read more

You will find many good pieces here but there are people sitting and waiting all day just to dive In before to resell online. Even if you go in the middle of the week there will be a quite few of people there. But the service and prices are amazing! read more

Its ok, only issue so far is that they literally want everyone out by 6:35 when they close at 7.

I've been coming into this location since it opened, they have great quality clothes, I found juicy, Dior and Hermes. The staff is really nice, they welcome everyone that comes. Leticia is always ensuring rotations are being done. This has been my go to location. read more

This location takes up to 3 hours to rotate and really needs to pick up the pace. It's unheard of how long the rotations take. And when they do come out 90% of the time they barely have any clothes in the bins, they should be full. Most employees are nice except one in particular but the speed of rotation needs to be fixed. read more

It's fine for the most part. They are just so extremely strict. I found a stool and sat down COMPLETELY OUT OF THE WAY, and they told me that theres no sitting allowed? I guess it's fine for employees, but i'm not an employee. That's a very stupid rule that needs to be changed honestly. They have no air conditioning. They are so strict with the bins they have barriers and you can't move at all when they are up. There's no bathrooms as well. They change the bins every so often, but so far the stuff is fine, a lot of shein clothes though. I honestly don't think it's worth it to come here, go to a better thrift store. read more

Super super slow rotations, items are okay at best. Wasn't expecting much from the bins; but waiting an hour for ONE row of rotations was horrible. Severely understaffed it seems. Alongside rude stares from this one staff, litterally no idea what I did to her. She pointed at me from afar and was saying stuff to her coworkers, and when i went to pay she happend to go on break and said she "wasnt able to check me out" and went to the back. Came at 6:38pm 4/27/2025 and on the website it says they close at 7. They refused to let us in at 6:35. When I asked if they close at 7 they said we can help you, then a lady yelled and said the registers close at 6:45. Looks like they didn't want our business. I will never go to this or any goodwill. Took my mom for the first time last week, we both got really good things at reasonable prices. The people at the register are kind but the people pulling out the things not so kind they really come off kinda rude but it was a nice place.
