The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. I am still no septic expert, but now I know one!

I hired this guy for a simple paint job, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. He claimed to be a painter, but the results said otherwise. Not only did he do a sloppy job, but he also damaged the existing paint on my wall, leaving it looking worse than before he started. He didn't even bother to clean up after himself. When I pointed out the issues, he was dismissive and unwilling to fix his mistakes. Now I have to hire someone else to undo the damage and repaint the area completely. If you care about your home and want quality work, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of money. read more

I was disappointed with the fence repair since the replaced posts were not securely installed. Additionally, he used interior nails to put it back together. I was also not pleased with the bedroom ceiling since his solution was to spackle over the loose tape instead of replacing it. He also stated the trick to fixing cracks was to use extra paint. Needless to say the cracks have all reappeared within a week and now I've wasted my money for a repair that was not done correctly. To top it off, he used my bathroom sink to rinse his spackling sponge, so you can imagine what the result of that was.
