I could not have asked for better service! Let me start by saying I appreciate the idea of painting a kiddo's bedroom pink, even if it's not my choice, but a bathroom?! Why pink? Why? Kyle and his team offered me a great price and knowing I was pregnant was sure to get the 0 VOC for my peace of mind. The initial estimate called for minor dry wall repair, however after my husband's and my attempt to remove all of the fabulous brass (yes brass) fixtures from our pink bathroom, let's just say there was a lot more dry wall work to be done. My husband was nervous (understandably so) as we had created some major destruction which was not there initially. Kyle and his team took it in stride and patched everything up so perfectly that all the other contractors we had come in were impressed with their work. They measured everything perfectly so when it came time to put the new fixtures up it was a great fit. Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge that the team at Triangle Precision Painting did a fantastic job with the popcorn removal at my home. I'm unfortunately leaving three stars because of the lack of professionalism and communication from the owner, Kyle Hayes. Kyle quoted me for the popcorn removal work and indicated it would take 2-4 days. He also confirmed after doing a walk-through of my home that the quote matched the workload, so my husband and I decided to move forward with Triangle Precision Painting. During the removal phase Kyle mentioned that some of the rooms were a bit more difficult to remove the popcorn due to certain methods that were used to apply the popcorn originally. Unfortunately, he failed to mention that due to this, the quote would require an adjustment and the cost for the work would increase only until after the work was completed and I received the invoice, which was a 25% price hike from the original quote (an additional $1.5k from the original quote). I called Kyle to get clarity on the invoice and rely my confusion and disappointment to which he mentioned the reason for the price hike was because he had to bring in more workers to finish the job on time, which I wasn't aware of until after the work was completed. Due to this, I am extremely disappointed with Triangle Precision's owner and felt very blindsided due to the lack of communication, professionalism and clarity on Kyle's part. read more

In short, amazing work, extremely professional service and a great price... Don't look any further than Kyle and his team. We were moving into a new unit that we didn't have access to initially, Kyle was able to generate a quote based off floor plans alone. Once we got in we noticed that there was much more work to be done in terms of drywall patching, baseboards, trim work, etc... So instead of booking separate jobs, Kyle went to town working very very late into the evening both nights to ensure the whole place would be get done in the time that we were estimated just to do paint for only two rooms. The quote was easy - just had to text him photos of what we needed done and he was able to come up with an estimate based off that, so no need to wait for him to come out and quote it. This allowed us to get the job done quicker. He showed up on time (a little early, which was great), was super accommodating and easy to work with, and gave us exactly what we needed. Our townhouse first needed some mud work done to smooth out some visible seams and irregularities that were left from the original drywall install and to repair some small holes and fix some larger patches someone else did that were not smooth or level. The crew of Triangle Precision Painting are true artists when it comes to making walls look perfect via mud work before the paint and the final result after the new paint looks excellent. Also they were also able to match our old paint color exactly so we were able to save some money by leaving most of the ceilings alone. We had them paint our house,shutters, iron rails and deck. Plus replaced some rotted wood. Over all it was a good experience- the quote was competitive--they were prompt, efficient and easy to work with. The issues we had were-- they changed the paint at the last minute. -- and we hope that it really is a better quality than we had decided on. They aren't very gentle with items they move, clean up was incomplete, one of our plants was damaged, the quote wasn't completely accurate originally. After getting a hole in some drywall, I needed to hire somebody to come out and get the job done quickly and seamlessly. Kyle and his crew did just that - coming out to fix the hole, prepping the area thoroughly, and painting it perfectly within 48 hours of me contacting him for an estimate. I had contacted 1-2 other contractors but they either did not respond or their estimate was much higher, and on top of that, the others couldn't come out to start work until at least 2 days after the initial estimate. He was so thorough with his work, he even touched up a few other areas in the house that had been damaged by other occupants. Great work! read more

Kyle and his team did an excellent job staining a Trellis/Lattice we have in our backyard. We had a few complaints on uneven color after the first application that must have developed after they left (perhaps due to the heat). However, Kyle was very quick and responsive to come back out and make the work look great! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend TPP. read more

Hired this company to paint a hallway, entryway, living room and kitchen. Fairly priced, and excellent work. Nice guys...showed up right on time, and even short notice since they had some cancellations due to the hurricane. Our place has a lot of angles and crown molding. I was in need of painting assistance that needed to occur in a certain time window. Further the size of the job was really quite trivial; painting of a new front door & side panels (both inside and out) with three separate paints. I contacted three "5-Star" painters for assistance. Even after contacting the other two "5-Star" contractors via email TWICE and voicemail TWICE, only Triangle Precision responded. Kyle bent over backwards to help me, and agreed to squeeze me in, on very short notice, for service on the single day I needed the services performed, even though he was already quite busy with other business twice. Unfortunately at the last minute, due to a mistake by my door installer, I have to re-schedule. Kyle worked with me on getting a new appointment. Without exception, every time I called him, he either actually answered his phone or called me back a short time later. He keep me informed about my upcoming appointment once scheduled and arrived exactly as he committed. Although it sounds simple, the painting of my door was actually quite involved & complex. Some of the materials used literally repelled paint. My completed job is flawless. Truly a masterpiece. He worked very neat and his clean-up was complete & thorough. I intend to have Triangle Precision paint my deck in the spring, and while at the house painting my door, he spent a lot of time & effort explaining all the options to my wife & me. Couldn't be happier with the service I recieved from Kyle and his team. They arrived just as expected, moved my furniture, covered everything with plastic and painted 2 large rooms in about 5-6 hours! They were professional, friendly, curteous, and clean.
