Found Eddie through a group where a family had recommended him. WORST mistake I could have made. I wish I saw these reviews earlier. Paid him in full because all he had left to do was touch up a couple cabinets, drop off my fan blades that he took back to his shop to paint, and adjust two cabinet doors (they don't close all the way after he refinished them). Never showed back up. It's been months of texts and phone calls and never hearing back from him. Two of my cabinet doors still don't close all the way and he's holding my fan blades hostage. When I first got an estimate with him, I hold him I needed extra time to consider the color I wanted. He freaked out and told me he had pulled over on the side of the road, about to throw up because he needed the money to feed his family. He assured me he would do a great job and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Wish I never did. Should've acknowledged the red flag when I saw it. read more

We hired All Island to paint a few rooms in our home before putting it on the market. Joe was professional, responsive and eager to help. I wrote that review right after they did the work on my home back in Feb. I made the HUGE mistake of paying them in full before the work was complete. I thought they did a nice job painting and I know they were eager for the work so I had faith that they would come back & finish the job. But its been almost 4 months now and they NEVER came back. They were supposed to replace my daughters bedroom door, but said it had to be custom ordered before they could install and paint it. They were also supposed to clean the paint off the class of my french door and windows, rehang the mirrors they took down and put back the hardware they removed. After about 2 months they finally sent another company to bring the door for my daughters room. The hardware doesnt match and the other company said they misplaced the original. The door of course wasnt painted and still hasnt been. We were told they would paint it when they came back to finish everything else. The paint in the bathroom is also peeling off again (see pics), that was one of the main reasons we hired them to begin with. Ive consistantly contacted Eddie, whos the owner, asking them to come back and all I get is bullshit. He says hes sorry...theyre so busy...he'll have me done by the end of the week, etc. Then when I ask when I can expect them I never hear back from him. A professional company will see the job through BEFORE taking on new projects. I really didnt want to update my review bc I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but its beyond rediculious already. There are plenty of professional companys available. Called Eddie for a painting job and he asked to come out and do an estimate. He said he would be here on a certain day/time. He never showed up and didn't respond to messages until the next day. My property manager gave him a second chance. He came and did the estimate and said he would be back out a certain day the following week to start the prep work and yet again he never showed up and never replied to my messages. On top of that he knew I needed the work done ASAP because my wife is about to go into labor any day now and we don't want the house being painted with a newborn here. So more or less we wasted a good 2 weeks by trying to do business with this unprofessional company. read more

We called Eddie for an estimate for stripping and staining our deck. He gave us a quote and said he was a bit behind due to rainy weather. No problem. We continued leaving messages and calling to see when he would start but never got a response. Customer service is EVERYTHING! I am sorry to say that I did not have the best experience with this company. I thought that Eddie was a stand up guy. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I am usually a good judge of character. I used Eddie a few years back with a paint job. His then partner just had a baby and Eddie had to bring another helper. I was disappointed but of course I understood. This helper scratched my floor by moving (dragging) a big speaker (by herself). And there were paint splats everywhere. Eddie was apologetic. (None from his helper). Fast forward to 2 weeks ago... need to have our 3 car garage painted. Remembered Eddie and thought I would give him another chance. He came by, gave an estimate (even took off money because of the past experience). When I told him let's go with it, he said he could start over the weekend. I was hoping for sooner but he said he would see if he could get some guys over. Didn't hear from him. I had to contact him again. He called to say that he's busy and would not start over the weekend. He will do it over a period of a couple days at the end of the day. He said Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
