But after reading those reviews in its entirety. My husband and I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Joe the owner of The Paint Pro's. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. Joe had such an amazing personality. He was very pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about paint. Joe came that same day we called him and spackle the walls. The next day he arrived and began. The job was suppose to take two days. However, Joe finished everything in one day. Communication was excellent and he explained everything he was going to do and everything he was doing. Joe went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. I waited to write this review on purpose because I wanted to wait and let the Paint settle and look at it in every angle and under all the possible lighting and I have absolutely no complaints. We also asked him to correct some serious defects in the original contractor's plaster board installation (faulty seams), and to refinish the hardwood stairs and railings. This work was of highest quality, and went beyond our expectations in attention to detail. He completed these tasks while we were out of town and well before our return (our deadline). Our trust in his honesty and professionalism is such that we had him work in our absence without any misgivings whatsoever. While we were away the largest snow storm of the year occurred and Jay persevered with the job despite considerable difficulty in reaching our house before our street and long driveway was plowed. I'm attaching the screen shot of our conversations so everyone can see you have not replied to a single one of them and that does not include multiple phone calls and voicemails you never returned. All I asked for was for you let me know if you can't do the job so I could find someone else, and by being ignored for 3 weeks I felt very disrespected. The fact that you replied to my comment by saying you told me you would touch base with me is a complete LIE because you haven't responded to me once after my multiple attempts to get in touch with you (and that's after you told me I was the next job scheduled after you finish the one you were working on at the moment). What is truly sad is that this never had to come to this, all you had to do was give me some curtesy and say "hey, I won't be able to accommodate you" instead of leaving me hanging.
