They palletized the tank with great care and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was all done via Fedex freight. I sent my sister with her kids.. it strange, because they have a huge aquatic waterfall feature in the corner and it's still something that I would pass by because the bushes are shrubs don't exactly spell out "KOI".
