We knew exactly where the issue we wanted fixed was and regardless they had to do a full inspection and charge us over $154 for it. The 'issues' they labeled 'urgent' included cabin air filters and oil mileage, hardly urgent and something we do at home. Clearer pricing when calling would be ideal. And if the inspection only covered air filters and a check of the oil change sticker, seems like it's not worth $154.
