Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

Several times a year I stopped in for an oil change. The staff is always courteous and very professional. Today, I asked them to do a routine evaluation of my battery which I believe is about 18 months old, the report indicated that my battery is between very good and consider changing soon. Quality: I have no complaint with the quality of the workmanship. They take care of the oil from above inserting the new oil, while below the car and attendant removes the oil filter and replaces it with a fresh one. While this is going on another attendant is checking every tire for correct inflation pressure. They always ask pertinent questions such as do my wiper blades need to be replaced, do they squeak, considering that they might need to be replaced. They also asked if I wanted the inside air conditioning cabin filter to be changed which I had done recently so I declined, but they did a filter change in the engine compartment which was in need of a change. I would describe the quality of the workmanship as between excellent and outstanding. Value: I am pretty sure that the value they provide from a pocketbook point of view, is excellent. I'm quite sure that the speedy and professional work is done at less out-of-pocket cost than going to the Acura dealer or whomever you choose. Summary: I think people who consider the importance of a speedy oil change without a lot of waiting in a lobby at the dealership will be very happy with the service that the Valvoline instant oil change provides.
