It'll have to go to dealership. I have car towed again to a dealership. Dealership does diagnostics and said yes it was computer. So we've been trying to get satisfaction from Eurotech because of their negligence. Neither the owners; nor their LLC owner returns calls. Do not go to Eurotech if you still want to have your car back on the road. Simple oil change people! Car worked great before I took it to them. Now I have nothing but unpaid bills and a car that runs no longer. For further clarification; this was the Merritt Island, Florida location.

I find it to be very poor Service that they didn't tell my wife she wouldn't have AC anymore when she picked the car up. The AC was working well enough for her to survive for a while. , They said the owner would call me. But no call! I have been taking my two cars there for at least 5 to 6 years have been very happy with the service. I don't know what happened. I'm very disappointed in them.

The shop also had many five-star reviews, which made me feel comfortable bringing my car there. My car was towed after business hours on a Friday. I called ahead and was told to use the key drop box and send a text with my name and number so they could contact me the following week. I did exactly that. By Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told they had no idea whose car was on their lot. They said they had been having phone issues and never received my message. I gave my information again and was told they would call when they looked at the car. Over the next couple of weeks I repeatedly called for updates and was told they were "slammed" and hadn't gotten to it yet. Because of the lack of communication, I even had someone go in person to confirm the car was actually there. When they tried to open it, the car was completely dead and the doors wouldn't unlock. Eventually I was told they were trying to determine why the battery was dead. A few days later they said the battery was "fried." I explained the battery had been replaced just days before the tow and should still be under warranty at the previous shop, and I asked them to set it aside so I could return it. To keep things moving, I approved them to install a new battery. For the next couple of weeks, every time I called I was told they thought they had figured out the issue draining the battery, only for that explanation to change the next time I called. After about a month, I was told the car was fixed and ready for pickup on a Friday. I drove nearly two hours and arrived around 4:30 PM, only to be told the car actually wasn't done and they had just taken it for a test drive while I was on the way. They thought it might be low on transmission fluid and told me to come back Saturday morning. At that point I was also informed they had "lost" the original battery I asked them to save. They said their battery delivery driver accidentally picked it up and they would apply a credit to my bill. When I returned Saturday morning, I was told their scanner had been left plugged in overnight and drained the new battery. After waiting for it to charge, they tried to move the car and it still would not go into drive. The following week they told me the car needed a new mechatronic unit for about $3,000. At that point I had the car towed to another shop for a second opinion. Before it could leave, I had to settle the bill. I was told diagnostics and the battery would be about $550 with a $200 credit for the lost battery. After pushing back they increased the credit to $300, but I still paid over $200 for my car to leave in the same condition it arrived--if not worse--after more than a month and a half. When the new shop started diagnostics, they informed me the battery installed by Gulfcoast Eurowerkes was already fried and they couldn't proceed without replacing it. When I contacted the shop, I was told I had to bring the battery in for testing. After driving hours to retrieve and return it, I was eventually told the battery was bad--but it was too late in the day to get a replacement. Despite repeated requests, I still have not received any receipt or warranty documentation for the battery--only an online estimate. This experience involved excessive delays, inconsistent explanations, lost property, poor communication, and a lack of basic documentation. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing if you use this shop. I do not recommend Gulfcoast Eurowerkes

The 'issues' they labeled 'urgent' included cabin air filters and oil mileage, hardly urgent and something we do at home. Clearer pricing when calling would be ideal. And if the inspection only covered air filters and a check of the oil change sticker, seems like it's not worth $154.
