EXCELLENT ! Words can't describe how impressed I am by this business . The owner Richard, is the hardest working professional I have EVER hired. Richard is ethical, honest and kind.......qualities that are difficult to find in folks today. I asked for a quote on my new 2 story, 2900 sq ft home, I did not covey the ridiculous amount of Windows I have. I am guessing it was twice the time he estimated. I Insisted he charge me a higher price and he refused. I have used All Kleen on multiple occasions and can't believe the VALUE. PS when Richard notice the lightbulb on my 25 + ceiling was burnt out, he offered to change it . This is only the second review I've ever posted and with that said, I highly recommend these folks to you. Richard, the owner is absolutely the most professional, conscious, and respectable contractors ever to enter our home. His courtesy started at the door, offering to slip on booties. He had a helper that he constantly stayed aware of to ensure the best possible job. I don't know if he is the cheapest guy, but he definitely is the best guy. He worked his rear end off, scrubbing,vacuuming, brushing and washing. They did an amazing job...our windows never looked so good. They were quick and efficient and most of all did what they said they would, arrived when promised and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. (Our windows were a mess because we'd just had the outside painted.) They were detailed, took the weather stripping off to paint and put it back, cleaned the screens...they look brand new. They vacuumed the tracks, and cleaned the frames, cleaned the security door too! They were friendly and professional. We will use them again and highly recommend them! Excellent! These guys work well together, they are fast, efficient, and do an amazing job. With all the development in the West valley, there is a lot of dust. I had forgotten how nice the windows and screens looked when properly cleaned. It may sound silly, but I was thrilled with the way the screens looked, like brand new! I have used this company for the past several years and have always been more than pleased. Richard, the owner, is very respectful of my property and makes sure he wears booties in the house. He also takes great care to put down towels so there are no drips anywhere. This time, I had him do a "deluxe" cleaning which involved washing windows inside and out, washing sun screens and cleaning out the tracks. Everything sparkles. I was rehabbing a house in the San Tan Valley that a renter had neglected to clean anything for about 10 yrs. The windows were so bad they were hard to see out of. Richard showed up on time and got to work. I paid for the upgraded service to clean the tracks and screens because everything was just absolutely filthy.
