I've been using All Lady Locksmiths since 2018, Julie is the best and my favorite locksmith, specializing in antique locks, as well as modern locks. The most special lock that I have is on my house, built in the 1920s, it has over 150 to 200 pieces inside the lock, she said it was only the third one she had seen in her twenty plus years of working as a locksmith. Recently, she has rekeyed my back door to match a new lock on the front door, with a new Schlage lock that she brought for my back door. It is the kind of lock that you have to precisely install, or it won't work at all. Some locksmiths can't do the work, then Julie comes in to do the work. She is very efficient, knowledgeable, and she sure does a wonderful job. She is always my "go to"locksmith, and I use her services whenever I need a locksmith. I recommend Julie's All Lady Locksmiths very highly, especially if you have an antique lock, or a very difficult lock to deal with, she can take care of it very nicely. read more

This is the second time All Lady Locksmiths worked on my home locks. Last time Julie deleted all my locks so that they could be open by one key. I remembered how professional she was and how she authentically listened to my need and suggested the most economical, practical, and best solution for it. This time I decided to change all my external door locks to electronic keyless. My teens have no concept of keys and I was tired of arguing over locking doors. She suggested a highly cost effective solution. She paid great attention to matching the finishes and took the time to install each properly, including coming up with solutions when the old doors didn't make it simple (crooked original installation of hardware, settled doors that didn't quite align, etc). By the time she was done, I found my doors never unlocked or locked as smoothly as it did. No detail is overlooked- the locks we ordered didn't come with batteries - and she supplied them as well too. In terms of COVID-19 safety protocols, Julie is very safe. She had to delay her job with me because her family member's friend got COVID. She tested two times within a week before she put me in the schedule. And she is always masked. She stands by her work with warranties. She cares that the work is done well. She cared about my dogs and made sure they didn't escape when doors were open! So happy to have found All Lady Locksmiths! I was gifted a lovely vintage (heavy) wood chest with a very unique lock and no key 10+ years ago. I've stared at this chest and longed for the time when I could open it up and see all the treasures inside. I'd tried finding a locksmith several years back, but gave up pretty quickly. Luckily years later, quarantine inspired me to tackled my laundry list of random things - and getting the chest open was on that list! I was able to find 2 listing on Yelp for businesses that I felt would be a good match. I contacted the closest one first, thinking that made the most sense, but after radio silence for a week and decided to contact All Lady Locksmiths. I called on a Saturday and was quickly greeted by a kind voice, Julie. We went over my issue, scheduled an appt for a few days later and I was off the phone in less the 3 mins. Awesome start! When my appt came up a mere 4 days later, Julie arrived on time, was professional and courtesy, and practiced all of the necessary safety precautions required in this crazy year. After a few mins of tinkering, the lock proved tricky, but Julie had a solution that worked well for me which 1) got the chest open and 2) wouldn't cost much. I was all for the suggestion, and bam, the chest which had been locked for 10+ years was finally open. While I was disappointed there were no treasures inside (darn thing is HEAVY, so was sure there was something good inside), I'm so happy it's finally open and still functional. I feel compelled to say something. AS A WOMAN.. it is hard to find reliable and trustworthy help. So when there is the title of a company that is specifically caring towards women and furthermore advertising that it's open 24 seven, he would think that that is the case. Let me tell you .. PEOPLE: READ THIS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO GO HERE. Ok, this isn't a bad review or a good review. In fact, I have no experience with these people which is why I'm not giving them a bad or a good review. But I originally found this place on Google and they provided an address so without calling (yeah stupid me) I assumed it was a normal locksmith STOREFRONT. It's not. I arrived at the address to find... residential houses. So this is a person who you call to come over to fix stuff (like if you get locked out) I'm pretty sure. It's not a store front where you might want to go to buy locks, keys, or have keys cut. I was trying to get keys cut so I was very confused when the address Google provided for "All Lady Locksmiths" brought me to a residential neighborhood. Yelp doesn't have an address, but Google does. Julie is a treasure. I had had a scare from an attempted break-in and called Julie after finding her on NextDoor. She, at my request, replaced my back door knob and then re-keyed my front door to match the back door. She did an excellent job, in fact such a good job that it was difficult for her to pick her own lock when I locked myself out a few months later. On that Friday evening, she scuttled her dinner plans and fought rush hour traffic to help me out. Then, she set about to pick the lock! As she was trying to get in, she explained that she had intentionally made the lock very difficult to pick, something I didn't know was possible.
