Ivan came to my house within an hour of chatting to discuss the issue with my keys I was having and providing the quote. Ivan was extremely nice and very professional. The buttons on my car keys were not connecting to the car and due to the recent heavy rains and cold, the manual lock on my door was stiff, so I couldn't lock my car or else I wouldn't be able to get in with both the key fob buttons or the manual metal key. Ivan reconfigured the lock on my door and reconnected my key buttons to my car, all in 30 minutes! The key lock is ten times smoother than it ever was and all the buttons work. I'd lost my 2nd key and wasn't willing to pay crazy dealer prices. Most key programmers I found were unwilling program an aftermarket fob, same with Toyota dealers. Smart Key was willing to do at a competitive price. I was a bit skeptical, given he had no reviews yet but he forwarded me a copy of his state license so I decided to give it a shot. I took the aftermarket fob designed for my '21 Toyota RAV4 ($104 from Amazon) that had good reviews and met Ivan at a public parking lot. Very nice guy, but we came to find that Toyota has recently added a needed programming code that 3 dealers advised were needed for outside programmers and had to be purchased directly from Toyota. Ivan got the code (I think by hacking it himself) but however... he got the job done and with his effort and the Amazon fob... I saved about $300 vs. doing it all at the dealer.
