I had Don come out to change my ignition on my 2013 Honda Civic. He was responsive he came out. He was unsuccessful in changing the lock cylinder so I purchased a whole new ignition kit. He installed it re-keyed my car. All of his work was very good that I do not have a problem with, you forgot to put my gas lock back on my car and I have been hounding him for several weeks to come back. He tells me he will but he never does. That is the problem I have with him but otherwise his work and his responsive nurse is very good. read more

I needed my house fully rekeyed before moving in. I sent Don an email with all the details and had a quote within a few hours. Once we agreed on the work, I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Don arrived on time and ready to get to work. We reviewed the work required, including an additional lock that required a rekey. Due to the number of locks, the work took about an hour.
