Spoke with Don & got quoted on a key remake for my car, then didn't hear back from him for the rest of the night. When I contacted him 5 hours later, he lets me know he can't do the key after all because he needs an additional part. He said he would get the part 3 days later & come out to make the key. He did not contact me at all within those 3 days. When I finally got a hold of him the day he was supposed to show, he gave me the runaround again & promised he would be out later that day but never gave me a time. If you want a good locksmith use this company, I had a mix of locks Schlage and kwikset some with pins some I lost the keys and the locks were different brands. No worries this lock smith was able to change the cylinder to the Schlage keypad so the kwikset locks in all four doors of my house matched one key. Other locksmiths just told me they could not help me but not Donald. He was quick stayed on top of communication every step of the way. We recently moved into our new home and we were given several keys for all of our doors. A front door, an interior garage door and an exterior garage door. In addition we also have two french doors, one that leads to a patio and another to a balcony. All in all, about a dozen different locks by a couple different manufacturers. Don from All Locked Up was able to come in a re-key all of the locks for a fair price. Now we only need one key to get into any of our doors.
