Our smart lock and deadbolt started malfunctioning one day, and the deadbolt wouldn't open all the way with the door code being punched in. I knew that the internal mechanisms of the actual lock and deadbolt were probably misaligned since I could hear the gears turning, but the deadbolt wouldn't retract all the way. I sent quotes to different locksmiths on Yelp, and a majority of them told me they wouldn't be able to service a smart lock, rather they would replace it. I knew it was something that could be repaired and I didn't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on a new smart lock when ours was only a few years old. Don was the only one who replied saying that he could fix it. From the beginning, he was very responsive (even on a late Sunday evening), and was able to schedule us for the next day. He came and worked his magic, and was able to provide me with updates while I was at work. He explained that my hypothesis was correct, and he was able to reset the alignment, and sprayed and lubricated our lock. He tested it several times just to make sure everything worked properly too. Don't waste your time if you need a key, the person that came over did not know what he's doing, and messed up my car. He completely erased all my data in my vehicle! If you do not know what your doing or how to fix what needed to be fixed on the car don't lie to the customer and assume you can.
