Don was quick to respond, which is why he received 1 star. He replaced our front door lock but did not replace our dead bolt or weather-strip our front door (which he said he could do when we made the appointment). Don said that he would contact me with the quotes for the remaining work, but he never did. I texted him twice and called him requesting the quote. Don never responded.
