I had to move my office suddenly due to the building having been sold, and Almighty Movers fit me in on a Sunday, even tho' they already had a full schedule! First time ever using movers and man did they set the bar high. Joe did a free walk through on the apartment to give the best estimate on the price and he even offered to do it on a Sunday, which we weren't able to. Joe and his crew showed up on the dot to when they said they would and immediately got to work. They handled all our boxes and furniture with care as if they were their own and handled them quickly. The whole crew was really friendly and easy to joke around with. They also took apart our beds and put them back together at the new place. I was quoted a 5-6 hour job and they got it done in less than 3, even after Joe did a walk through on the apartment and saw all the stuff we had. I was very disappointed.Im a senior and needed my recliner only moved.They wanted hundreds of dollars.It was from 1 apt to another in the same complex.All the movers who are supposed to be great said the same,all except 1.True to the Move came for a price I could pay,and moved my chair.It was remarkable.Im thankful there is a mover who treated my situation for what it was.Had no problem paying them,because they really helped when no one would.This company,like many here rely on 2 or more to move stuff.They have a 2hr minimum.I get it,truly I do.But 1 recliner in the same complex for 500 dollars?My mover got paid for the chair,wages for 20 min work or less and it was profitable. I would of gave 10 stars if I could !!!!! These guys really helped me!!! Honestly, I wouldn't have been able to do it without their service. I had to move due to a break up i couldnt even seem to find a starting point. After calling around and no one had any avaiability for up to a week or laughed at me for thinking I could call on a saturday and expect to get them out the same day. If it wasnt that they were way over priced and unreasonable With high price surging for weekends. Thank goodness Joe returned my voice mail they had a cancellation and were able to come right away. They pretty much arrived ask what I was needing and then what I wanted and got right to work. We had everything packed and moved by later that evening. I was amazed and so grateful they stayed longer than we had planned but they made sure I arrived with my things and my fish to my location before it was all said and done. Joe asserted that once he reserved my dates, the team would be at my address on time (they were!) and ready to work (they did, efficiently and conscientiously!). Each one of the team members: Alex, DJ, Marcos, and Stephen, was courteous, kind, helpful, careful, and respectful. Each of them was also happy to be at work (how many times can you say that about people you have hired?!) and showed up with a sense of humor. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they unloaded the trailer. They were careful with my items and offered helpful suggestions for staging items while I determined where furniture should be placed. The team was equally happy to help me with less desirable tasks that needed attention (helping me take out trash and packing materials as I was unpacking boxes in the kitchen) as well as helping me to remove the most awful 90ś-era drapery you have ever seen (before placing my heavy furniture in front of those windows). He and his helper came in, quickly wrapped about a dozen items and transported them to storage facility. They arrived on time; wrapping, driving, loading to storage all got done in about two hours.
