I got a full acrylic set before going to Mexico for five weeks. Not a single nail lifted the entire time I was away. When I returned home, I got a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was the best I've ever had! I had been barefoot for a month straight and my feet needed some TLC. The nail tech did an incredible job on my feet/toes. Pros: - very fast and efficient - technician paid extra detail to making sure nails were similar length and shape! Didn't see this at other places, very nice. - overall nice results - products smelled great - everyone pretty friendly - convenient booking system Cons: - Lack of service. There was no cuticle care. She cut off just one hangnail and caused a little blood. My technician didn't do clean up properly. I had to pick off the remaining acrylic bits off at home (there was a lot) and wash off the dust at home. Forget about a hand massage too. - Couldn't do design. My technician couldn't do the original design requested (marble) , so I had to decide on a completely different simple set last minute. - Not really a con but would've been nice if they offered a mask against the dust flying everywhere. read more

We booked an appointment ahead of time, and upon walking in everything was rushed. The colours on display absolutely did not show up the same on my nails. I got gel shellac, but only lasted a week and a half where I have gotten almost a month with my nails everywhere else. The service was quick and efficient, but the technician was not the kindest and made me feel like I was being super rushed. I wouldn't go back here to get my nails done, but this is a decent place to go if you're looking for quick service in a pinch. read more

I went to All My Nails on a Friday at about 9am. I did not have an appointment. Surprisingly, they were quite busy, but I was taken right away. The service was great. I got a regular mani/pedi. However, IT COST ME $55!!!!!! ..... WITH A STUDENT DISCOUNT!!!!!!! I did not know this before I sat down, because I definitely wouldn't have stayed. You should NOT be paying over $35 for a regular mani/pedi. And while I thought the pedicure was great, $55 is just way too expensive. I will not be returning here ever, strictly because their prices are $10-20 more than any other nail salon I've been to. read more

I had Lilly, who did an amazing job on my nails. It was done pretty quickly too, all under an hour for a full set of gel nails. Lilly mentioned that my nails are quite small, but she managed to do a great job shaping them into what I wanted! Service was polite and clean, and I'll definitely come back in the future. read more

This was my first time here. I was a little apprehensive because it's so hard to find a good nail salon and I haven't been able to find anything "worth while" since I've moved here. I showed up early and the girl who was doing my mani/pedi took me in right away. I can't remember her name but she was great! Meticulous and did my nails the way I wanted them, and even put in the extra effort to make the nail colour I chose similar to the one that wasn't in the salon yet. I don't usually take my time to write a review; however, my past few visits at All My Nails Salon has been less than desirable. I made the decision to continue going because i've had a few good experiences there, and I personally did not want to look for another salon with good quality nails experts. Today I experienced an overwhelming lack of customer service that has made it difficult to return. Upon entering the store I was scolded for making an error on the online reservation page. I understood the error that I made, and I believe that the individuals at the salon had every right to be angry; however, in the realm of customer service "it's not my fault, but it is my problem" should always be applied. It was not there fault that I made a mistake on the online booking, and they did inform me on how to prevent the error from occurring next time. The problem is that, as a customer, I should never have to feel like I am being penalized. Additionally, during this visit I asked for a design on my nails, and one of the girls attempted to imitate the design, which I am extremely grateful for. Unfortunately, the girl was not able to match my nail with the photo that I gave her, which usually wouldn't be a problem, but the nail art that I received did not look nice whatsoever. When I voiced my problem in order to figure out the best solution that would be easiest on them, I received an angry reply. I would understand if I was not a fan of the look, but in this case it did not look nice. I, the customer, was put at fault in this scenario, and the individuals in charge made me guilty in a situation that was not my fault. I believe that the amount of anger that was geared towards me in this visit was unreasonable, and most of all, it lacked professionalism. I used to love the atmosphere in All My Nails, but the less than desirable visits that i've experienced over the past few months have changed my perspective. One of the best places I've ever been to. Daisy has done my nails twice now and I have been super happy both days!

I had high hopes for this place! I went there specifically for diabetic foot care like they advertised. I had extremely chapped feet and 2 ingrown toenails. I paid a lot of money for nothing. They didn't remove any excess skin, he just used a machine to buff the skin and he didn't properly trim my toenails to help with the ingrown toenails. I had to ask him to cut my toenails shorter. It was like the technician was scared to touch my feet! The following day I had to fix the ingrown toenails myself because it hurt that bad. My husband came with me to get a pedicure as well and his feet were severely cracked and they didn't help his feet either. Service was super friendly, but if you're only looking for gel nails or a polish then that is your place to go. I won't recommend this place to anyone who needs a good clean up or any diabetic foot care. read more

The place is clean and sanitary, and my nails have always been done very professionally and look good. However, every time I've visited ( 5-6 times) I've left with some incident ore the other that has soured my overall experience. The technicians I have had, while professional, have always been curt (to the point of rude). I would keep dismissing this as them having a bad/busy day, but honestly, I cannot go to a place where this happens all the time. I do not understand- they have a lot of loyal and happy customers, however, I did find someone who shared a similar experience at this place, and recommended another nail salon. While my new salon may not boast of professionally trained technicians, at least i get great nails at a good price , and more importantly, get serviced with RESPECT. The very first time visited, I requested a simple nail design on one finger of each hand (vertical stripes). While all the other nails looked good, the two with the nail design were done so poorly it looked liked a 3 year old did them with a sharpie. The second time, they were out of almost every colour i picked. When i had trouble picking a colour- i was told to "hurry up you wont get a manicure today'. When i brought this up with the owner, he shrugged and said " yeah, what can you do? some colours are just so popular." (totally disregarding their technicians remark). There have been many times my appointment has been rushed (despite me being on time and the delay being on their end), so another one of their "loyal' customers could start their appointment. Another time time, they tried to overcharge me by saying i got nail polish removed- I hadn't. While this was sorted out quickly, it happened again during one of my other visits. read more

I got acrylics done and the nail application seemed great and they my nails looked amazing. But, my nails are starting to lift and pop off only after a week!! For the price, the acrylic nails start to come off way too early. read more

While this salon prides itself on how clean and sanitary it is, I did not find it that clean and did not find that they did anything different than any other salons. I actually did not find it as clean as others I have been to. Please note it was $77 for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure was fine and the pedicure was less than average. I still had dry cracked heals when I left. with my manicure. it has been a week and my cuticles are peeling and are very sore. This has never happened to me before. I will not go back as I have had better and from places that are as clean or even more so. read more

A hidden gem. This salon is very well run, with efficient staff. The owner and staff are friendly and skilled at their work. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. Autoclaves, sterilizers and cleaning solution are in full view and in constant use. Staff are constantly cleaning equipment and tools. Workstations and the general surroundings are also very neat and clean. This is the only salon I will go to. Highly recommend! read more

I used to love this place. They do a great job and I have recommended them to friends, peers, and clients where i work (nearby) who comment on my nails. A month ago, I went in and got a rather simple design which cost me only $5 extra. Today when I went in and asked for a similar design, I expected it would cost about the same. When I went to pay, I was charged an EXTRA $20, bringing my total to $58 for a UV Gel refill. I was blown away. This cost is subjective and unjustified. The design I got today was not 4 times as elaborate as the design from 1 month ago. No one had warned me the design would cost this much, and if I had known I never would have gotten it. I felt like I was backed into a corner because they waited until after they were done to tell me the price. I complained, explaining that I was a loyal customer and just brought in two friends based on my recommendation who sat beside me today. They did not lower the price or offer me any sort of coupon or discount for my next visit. I feel taken advantage of and I regret referring anyone here. I will never return here again. read more

I came to All My Nails for the first time today with 2 of my friends, and its safe to say none of us will be returning. We had booked one gel manicure and 2 pedicures. As i was sitting down having my nails shaped and filed, the owner came to my nail manicurist and became upset with her, speaking harshly to her in front of me about how she did not specify my appointment was a gel manicure and not a regular manicure. A bit after that, my manicurist told me I wouldn't be able to get a gel manicure because there wasn't a technician available to do it for me. But as she was saying this, another customer came in and sat down beside me and proceeded to have the next available nail technician give her a gel manicure.. This was extremely rude and unprofessional, as I was waiting for over 20 minutes and was told I couldn't receive a gel manicure, when preference was clearly given to this regular customer. While my nails by Lily were done well and she was friendly, it was not what I wanted nor what I made the appointment for. Overall, the service was extremely subpar and truly unprofessional, with a clear preference to regulars and not new customers. If you're looking for a nail salon that is friendly, professional, and accommodating, keep looking. read more
