Years later I'm still traumatized by the several priceless family belongings the movers "lost". I moved cross country, the truck was shared with another woman moving cross country. I reported several boxes missing and was promised they must've been mis delivered and would be called with an update. They just ghosted me until I asked for reimbursement and they asked for a police report for the theft. The money couldn't replace what I lost, nor did it line up with the value. When people are so arrogant that they think they can run rough shod over other people, that they can commit illegal acts like blocking streets, that we should just somehow try to work around them and wait for them for hours while they have our streets blocked or turn around and go another way when they are right at their driveway, they have absolutely lost a-n-y respect that I would otherwise have for them. Some renters were moving in next door. I got within 15 feet of my driveway after coming home from work today, but could not get into my driveway due to a huge "All My Sons Moving & Storage" truck blocking the whole street so I could not get into my driveway. The neighbor across the street was blocked so they also could not get into their driveway. Traffic coming down the street from both directions, was having to turn around and go back. School buses could not get through. Even emergency vehicles could not get through. This was the 2nd consecutive afternoons that this happened at the same house. Yesterday, when a different moving company ("Muscle Man") saw that I needed to get through to my driveway, they pushed their ramp back up into their truck, backed the truck up about 6 feet, and I got into my driveway. This afternoon, I asked the All My Sons people to do likewise. They had several feet in which to do this but refused giving me some flimsy excuse that they could not move the ramp. After sitting there probably 20 minutes giving them a chance to clear the street and knowing that blocking a public street is illegal, I called the police. I found it interesting that even though they tried their flimsy excuse with the police officer, but I held out for what is right and somehow, they figured out a way to do the "impossible" by moving that ramp back up into the truck and eventually moving the truck before finishing unloading it. Being a Realtor and a center of influence, I would NEVER use or recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage!!! They certainly screwed it up for themselves. My wife spoke on the phone with Scott after an hour of waiting and he was extremely rude and disrespectful to her. He kept on referring to a "window" of time they can show up in the contract, but nothing was ever listed or brought up to us in the 3 phone calls beforehand. When my wife asked about the "window", Scott, in a snarky tone, said "Have you ever heard of Comcast? They have the same policy." ZERO STARS. This company is atrocious. They showed up at 8:30 am and I met them at their truck. While we were reviewing the work order, which clearly states that they'd be packing half of my place, they said they didn't have the supplies they needed and that they would have to get boxes and tape from their warehouse. I took them to my unit so they could get an idea of what they would need, they said they'd return shortly, and then they ghosted me. After calling their main office in Nashville for over an hour, I finally got a response from a man saying that he had just received a text from them (1.5 hours after they left) saying they refused to move me because they didn't want to move the items I was throwing away down to the dumpster, which was located directly in front of the truck, and that my place had "animal feces and litter" everywhere, which is a blatant lie and I have pictures and video to prove it. He also said that he didn't know why they said they didn't have supplies because the truck was fully stocked with boxes and tape. They clearly didn't want to do the job and were looking for excuses to bail. I was supposed to be at my new place in Murfreesboro to get my keys and load in by 1pm so I could go back and clean my old unit, but the second crew they sent didn't get to me until 3:30. Because of this, I had to have a friend come to watch them while I drove two hours in traffic to do my walk through before the office closed, and while I was gone, they packed my cat carrier. I had to put my cat in my car with nothing securing him, and when I got to my new place he escaped. I just got him back after over two weeks badly injured and sick. We didn't arrive to my new place until 10pm, so I was not able to do my final cleaning and I lost my deposit at my former apartment. I've also had to pay hundreds of dollars in vet bills. They quoted me between $1200 and $1800 max, and charged me $2400. Between the lost deposit and vet bills, I'm out almost 4k. I filed a complaint the next day and have heard nothing for three weeks. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I'm contacting a lawyer. This is absolutely unacceptable. read more

i had the worst experience with this moving company!!!! the quote given over the phone was no where close to what we had to pay!!!!! the actual movers were nice, however the movers do not get paid to be "nice." we hired this company expecting exceptional quality and i shouldn't even put them on the board by giving a one star rating. of course the personnel was very pleasant and "accommodating" when scheduling the move but that was short lived when we contacted them again to complain. then contacted the owner of this company to express the disappointment of paying over $500.00 more than what was quoted over the phone and there was no compassion or empathy from them. we literally paid more for them to move a 2b 2b apartment than the house mortgage of a 2500 sq foot home. the company never once included the 14% "fuel fee" for paying to put gas in the truck!!! nor was it ever mentioned that paying for travel time is also included in the final price. so for all who is reading this, save your $1300 and move it yourself! one last thing, this company does not pay thier employees overtime for working. any work they do after a 40 hr work week is strictly volunteered because they dont get paid for it. how sad is this???? they are banking on tips for working overtime, but who can tip after paying this ridiculous amount!!! giving puppydog eyes thinking we were going to tip 2 grown men that charge $170.00 per hour. this is supposed to be a family owned company and they must be related to the carlyle's because they lie, cheat, and steal to make it to the top!!!! my husband even helped more than he should have, loading and unloading the truck himself. read more

I used All My Sons Moving & Storage 06/17/2025. They were hired to unpack my U-haul truck and get it up three flights of stairs. From start (The booking process) to finish (Final Move) they were a pleasure to work with. Crew leader Halley was amazing, lifting and carrying quite heavy items up the three flights of stairs that I wouldn't have tried on a good day! The rest of the crew Sterling, Adam, and Nichole were each a pleasure and professional person to work with. They were punctual, and transparent with their pricing sticking to what we agreed and actually moving me in less than an hour and a half. I had budgeted for at least three hours! There was no damage to my things, and they were very respectful of everyone I had over helping out. I would recommend the company to anyone and honestly, I'm a bit appalled by some of these reviews either I was extremely lucky or All My Sons Moving has turned over a new leaf. read more

I wanted to let some time pass before I went ahead and provided some thoughts on the service experience. First off there were a few in the moving team who did work hard and attempted to get their job done with respect of property. Those workers should have received and split the full tip I gave. Kristi, an estimator was also helpful as well. This is where the good times end. To be honest, this was the worst move experience I have ever had. The addage of just throw bodies at it does not hold up when there is little management, procedure, or respect of another person's property. 1. Too many people in the mix - way too many non experienced movers were involved and too little experienced leaders working with them to keep things in check. 2. Many boxes and items dropped - this went on consistently during the initial load of my items. Again, no care or concern of my items by most of the team. Every time I heard something crash down the stairs I had to refrain from asking them to leave. 3. No loading process at all - boxes and items were taken from all parts of the home and loaded as such into the trucks. No rhyme or reason to it. Not sure how anything is organized but this was an absolute mess. Heavy boxes on top of light boxes, fragile boxes at the bottom of a stack of boxes, heavy item stacked on top of chairs and garage equipment... 4. Securing of items and boxes - I don't think anything was used to secure anything. When the trucks were opened at the delivery point, I saw items strewn about, boxes laying on the floor upside down. It really was terrible as far as I am concerned. 5. Unloading - since there was little or no organization in how loads were put into trucks and reading the box for where it went was a difficult process, about 25% of the items ended up where they should not be. Also, just like loading, light boxes with heavy boxes on top. Fragile boxes turned on their sides with stuff stacked on them. I attempted to try and have them logically stack and place boxes/bins in a manner where I would have room to work in unpacking. That was a loosing initiative as their process was to fill every open square foot of walking space with something. Just illogical and unorganized. 6. I stopped looking for damaged and lost items/parts at this point. I have had more in this move than any prior, to include a cross county move. At the end of the day, I would have faired better renting a couple Uhaul trucks and hiring some day laborers. I would have saved at least half of the cost of this terrible experience and got the same level of service. When I hired a professional moving company, I expected experience, leadership, organization and proper handling of my stuff. Except for a few of the workers that showed up that day, that is not at all what I received. I guess it's a hard thing to expect others to respect property when it's not theirs, even if they are being paid to. I would highly recommend you look at retraining and organization. Creating and following some procedures and logical handling of boxes, weights and the meaning of fragile. Something is not there and this move proved it to me. I could have hired any fly by night place to move my stuff. I hired your company in order to get my stuff moved right, with some respect. That did not happen. This is the reason why I waited to provide this review. I wanted to make sure I was not being overly sensitive or stressed due to the move. But after that, this is the worst move I have experienced. It felt more like a money grab than a company earning my business or any other business I could bring in due to recommendations. I called from my move several months ago and have been trying to reach them since, including today at which point ace heard that I wanted to talk to someone as a follow up and said nothing and transferred me, and then it was followed by five more transfers by a machine, and I finally hung up knowing it would go on and on. When I booked, I called and a woman named Jackie gave me an hourly rate and said it would be three people, and there was no mention about packaging fees, fuel, drive time, etc. no packaging was needed as I had handled it all and yet saran wrap Was wrapped around two canvas cheat nightstands that I use for storage and also a laundry basket that was half full of some clean clothes was wrapped when it could have just gone in my car. I believe they charged $175 for that saran wrap. Jacquie told me she would be there and be the third person and alas, two guys show up and no one else so what could have taken three hours took five and then all the other charges. The move was from a one bedroom apartment to a slightly larger one, six minutes, and a straight down the road route with no appliances or anything heavy. At my new place it was a straight shot in the door to the elevator and straighten into my apartment so no stairs. Imagine my surprise that it came out to $1800 and was followed by me getting multiple texts from one of the movers checking in to see, if I was sleeping here tonight or at my former boyfriend's. Followed by a few other texts over the next days, offering to help me move in and finally to go for drinks it's illegal from what I understand to go into a clients file with the purpose of contacting them. Flattering being that he was decades younger but also made me uncomfortable. So now I am out more than $1000 more than I was basically quoted and they won't return my calls or acknowledge anything. Seeing how many had similar situations tells me it might be time for a class action lawsuit. If anyone knows how to get this started, please let me know, and I am happy to be instrumental. By the way, I must say that the young men were very nice and they did do a good job so customer service (ha ha!), any management and the owners should be ashamed for ripping people off during what is usually already a very stressful and often painful time. read more

The person that quoted the job, quoted for 1 truck & told us that it would take 3 hours to load the truck. The crew showed up an hour late, loaded the lightest boxes into the truck first, then ran out of room. At no point upon arrival did they say anything about not having enough room in one truck. It also took them 5 hours to load, instead of the 3 we were quoted. When questioned about the issue, they said this should have been a 2 truck job. One of the crew members called us a "Karen" and then said "if you're not nice to us we'll f*** up your s*** and leave." I got to the new property and was called a "Karen" too by the same crew member. These people have been extremely rude and so unprofessional. They have broken several items and didn't get half the stuff that they should have moved to the new property. The supervisor was not kind or helpful at all either. Upon finishing the unload, the same rude crew member started yelling out in the neighborhood (at 11:30pm) that we were "S*** people for not tipping" and continued to curse obscenities as he got into the truck. Please save yourselves the headache by going with a better company that has people who know what to quote correctly, communicate openly and effectively, and are courteous and kind. EDIT: We finally got to look into our storage building and it's even worse. They lost the spare key to our storage building and when we finally looked inside we found our entire house of belongings thrown around piled to the ceiling. The few boxes they did stack are getting crushed by others because they stacked it improperly. They dropped our dryer off the loading ramp. None of the furniture or electronics were wrapped. When I confronted the office he acted like I shouldn't have been upset and told me he didn't know what happened but didn't want to give me a refund because he said he already gave one that was worked into the price of the fuel surcharge. We are having to go through our lawyer. There's no excuse for what they did. The video is overlooking our belongings from above. This was from an 875 square foot duplex. They wouldn't resolve the issue so we are getting our lawyer involved. When I told him he said they can't do anything from pictures but I don't see how since that's the proof. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't look at google reviews. They lie about how bad this place is. Most of the reviews there praise them and it's the total opposite of my experience and the reviews on yelp. A lot of the reviews I see on yelp line up with the problems I had with this company. They quote you and tell you it's an estimation but then when the job is done the price is almost double! They asked me how big my house was and what furniture I had and if we were packing ourselves. I asked how long it would take to move my things so I would know an average price of what I was looking at. They told me it would take about 3-4 hours so I was expecting to pay no more than around $1000. We had all of our things packed and condensed into the two front rooms and ready to go. I was moving my 875 square ft. house into a storage building that was 4 miles down the road. We had the usual things. Washer and dryer, two beds, couch, two tv's, a couple dressers, an empty curio cabinet and a kitchen table that we broke down ourselves. It took 6 and a half hours and when they were done they slapped me with a bill of $1,622.50. I had to max out my credit card just to pay them off. Oh, and the couch and some boxes were never moved along with the glass shelves from my curio cabinet. Apparently it wouldn't fit into the 26 ft truck (which it should have) and I would've probably had to pay for another hour to get them to make a second trip to storage. It's still here and we will have to move it ourselves. I called the office and explained how it went and that I wanted a partial refund but nope, they wouldn't give me a penny back. They told me I had quite a bit of stuff. Apparently they take pictures of your things once it's in the truck. I argued with them because it was all packed already. All they had to do was move it into the truck. I'd hate to see how much I would have to pay if I didn't pack. They also tell you they wrap everything and break down furniture but the movers told us they don't break down anything. Plus I never saw them wrap anything except the curio cabinet. All my other furniture with drawers were left to swing open when they were moving them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to move you. But I'll tell you, I had a virtual walkthrough estimate, and I arranged all my boxes in 2 rooms ahead of time like the estimator recommended. I ended up several hundred dollars under estimate on moving day. My team worked quickly, efficiently, cheerfully, respectfully, and asked good questions at the unloading home when anything I hadn't remembered to pre-label wasn't clear. I didn't love that a few of the weaker boxes were stacked under heavier boxes in my new home, but that's a minor issue and motivating for me to unpack faster. I was impressed by their 5-person team coordination. They really went above and beyond to help me (like assembling a piece of furniture I'd already taken apart - usually outside their policy. Very cool). No issues with completing payment or with digital signatures. Had a mixup about a piece of my loading equipment that got left on the truck by mistake. It took a few days of calling through the corporate office, but the team kindly hand delivered it back and all was resolved with no issues. I would recommend these movers. Umm thought you had more than one crew member in the truck can't the other guy answer the phone. # 6 I said I don't want to be moving at 10 pm at night like all the other bad reviews I said this is seeming to be heading in the same direction ops manager said this a snippy bad additude ..... fine ....if you going to be like that then I am canceling you and refunding your deposit .... Something tells me this will never see the light of day... I have moved six times in the last seven years in TN. I have never had a situation where the quote was so far off the actual price of the move. I have also never had the situation where all my things were on the moving truck and then the movers informed me that payment must be made prior to unloading... I thought it was odd but did not see what was coming. That is where they get you. My 1+ bedroom apartment move, 40 miles away, ended up being $1270. I have moved entire households for less (and we are talking Brentwood/Franklin). I was anticipating going over the quote and likely being out about $600 plus tip. This was way out of line and included $264 packing materials (which were not previously discussed) and I have never paid before. The fuel charge for 40 miles was $139.43. The travel time charge was $169 as they allowed one hour and it was a bit over. They were given all the information when they provided the quote, addresses, bedrooms... The quote was less than a quarter of the actual price. No I am not happy and will NEVER use this company again. Ultimately my option was to pay the enormous bill or they drive off with all our stuff. I went over to help a friend with her move and experienced the most ridiculously lazy, rude, and unprofessional movers I have ever encountered. They were significantly late, and they clearly had no idea what they were doing-- moving boxes in before furniture and then "running out of space" in the truck because they didn't load it properly. The entire time I was at her home one of the three crew members sat in the truck cab talking on the phone. The second member never left the truck, and it was clear he was not arranging things at all. At one point I watched him stand on the elevator lift of the truck and just go up and down over and over again. The third member wandered around the house and yard-- sitting down in the porch and never carrying anything out. I was there for about an hour and during that time they moved out a total of 2 small pieces of furniture and 5 small items (for example one item was a small, thin keyboard box that was carried out with nothing else in his hands). They were rude, called each other names, and threatened to quit on each other. They broke several items and rather than be honest about it and tell her, they just threw them on the ground where we found them. They left her house with almost all the furniture and lots of boxes still in it and told her she's just have to figure out on her own how to move it. When she questioned them about this, they started yelling at her, called her names, threatened to break her things, "mess up your )&(? and make your move $(@/", and to drive away with all her stuff and not give it to her. They demanded full payment before the job was done and told them if they didn't receive it they would steal their stuff. I contacted All My Sons to obtain an estimate for a move from one side of town to the other. I was texted a link and advised that a rep would be in touch to assist me. Jacob contacted me to complete a virtual assessment of the job on facetime. I was on the phone with him while he repeatedly facetimed me for the virtual assessment. He kept pressing me for a date for the move, and I provide him a few dates that would work, but I wanted an estimate. He became frustrated that I did not want to facetime for a virtual assessment. I called him on my landline so that he couldn't facetime me. He asked me what I wanted. I told him I just want someone to get in their damn car and come to my house for an estimate. He texted me that someone would come to my house two days later at 8:00am. After 2 1/2 hours no one showed. I contacted their call center. They informed me that he cancelled the job, because I cussed him out, which is a total lie. I did use the term "damn" to refer to a vehicle. He could have replied to my text message or my voicemail message to inform me he cancelled the job, but I guess he thought he would get some sort of pleasure having wasted my morning waiting on them. I wish I had taken the time to check out the reviews before hiring this company, unfortunately we were under a time crunch due to a house fire. If you have anything of value or that you care about, I would look into hiring another company. We have two pieces of furniture with very large scratches caused from carelessness during the move. There were other problems but those were the worst. We also have items that were missing. When we put in our claim, we were asked to provide images of the missing items. Well, we didn't take individual inventory of each item but the items we claimed were ones that we used everyday so their absence was obvious. I'm fine with the loss on that. The items they scratched and damaged were worth over $2,000 dollars and we got a settlement offer of $102 dollars. We were also clear on moving day that we needed all the boxes and large items to be moved over to the new house and we would take care of the rest. They left several boxes behind as well as several large items. With the amount of times they called us to ask questions about these very simple instructions, I figured we wouldn't have to go back and spend a couple hours doing work we paid them to do. Coming from a military family who moved frequently throughout my life, this was by far the worst company we ever used. The desk and bookshelf that got scratched up has been moved cross country several times since purchase, never been scratched. I have never used movers before. I thought I was making things easier on myself since I work 3 jobs. This was literally the textbook version of a nightmare. I called to confirm via the text they sent. The gentleman put me on hold, but in the background, I could hear him referring to another customer as a bitch. He told whomever, that the lady was a bitch and he just wanted it to be over. I should've known then, but I was on a schedule with tight time for moving. The other dispatcher confirmed my appointment and said they would be there between 8 and 9 am. At 9:15 that morning, when the movers still weren't there, I called and just asked for their status. He said that I had been booked for an afternoon appointment. I told him that's not what I was originally told. He responded with, "I am the one you spoke to and I told you it was in the afternoon". That is a complete lie. I had just gotten off a 24 hour shift. I wouldn't have agreed to an afternoon schedule because I needed to sleep. The movers got there at 1:30 pm. They were rude, harsh, using much foul language, and having open conversations about their opinion of me. I don't care what their opinion is, but maybe telling your coworker that the customer is just a dumb bitch, where the customer can hear you, isn't the best idea. I ended up sleeping in my car for 2 hours while they moved furniture. I woke up and went to see how much was left. I found a disaster in my house. It was literally dirtier than if I had never moved anything. When we got to the storage facility where my stuff was going for a couple months, they shoved things in as hard as they could. They broke the leg on one of my favorite pieces and weren't even going to tell me about it. I heard them talking about it and saw the leg dangling. One of them was screaming profanities down the hall at one point. At the end, we didn't have enough room and had to take some things back to the house. One of the movers told me that he knew I was tired but that they had executed the move perfectly. I very, defeated, said it didn't feel that way and I really just wanted to cry. As he was trying to shove another shelf in, I told him just to take it out that we would take it back to the house with the other things. He wanted to argue about that and told me that it wasn't his fault there was already stuff in the storage unit when they got there. I never tried to blame him. I just didn't want any more things broken. He proceeded to leave that shelf on the curb as trash when we brought the other things to the house. I let my neighbors know to call the police and let me know if anybody was there tonight. I also paid $1200 to be abused and lied to. They charged me a $141 fuel fee and a $159 travel fee. Their office is literally 5 to 10 minutes from my house. That is definitely not $141 in fuel or worthy of $159 travel fee. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS. This was literally the icing on the cake for me having a nervous breakdown. I have too many other things going on than to pay someone to abuse me and break my things and not have one care about it. If I had read the yelp reviews over the google reviews, I never would have used them. They are NOT cheaper but they give you a cheaper version of service. It's not worth it. Do not hire this company. As multiple other reviews say, the crew was rude, late and damaged my belongings. They were rude to my apartment complex staff. When moving belongings into my new house they stratched the floors and put dents in the walls. The claims process has been terrible. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. RUN AWAY! They moved our furniture at the start of the year. We were supposed to have four men show up to move our things but only three showed up. After addressing this and calling their manager, they offered a reduced rate since you pay hourly and with less manpower, it's obviously going to take longer. They loaded up our stuff and unloaded it at our new house. Damaged my wall and didn't mention it. I found out after they left. After reading reviews, I saw how awful the claims go so since it's a simple drywall patch, I let it go. However, when it came time to settle the bill, it was 10:00 at night and the bill was astronomical. They hadn't discounted the hourly rate to make up for the lack of manpower and they had added a bunch of ridiculously high charges, such as $35 to put a piece of tape on 4 dresser drawers. I had three tape guns laying around! I told them I wouldn't sign off on the bill until it was corrected. I went back and forth with them and they kept trying to get me to sign and pay and I could talk to the operations manager the next day about getting my bill corrected and a refund issued I flat out refused. Only an idiot would agree to that. After arguing back and forth with many phone calls to the manager for the better part of AN HOUR, they finally got the manager to correct the bill and I signed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one was definitely deserved. I would NEVER use this company again and I recommend to anyone that reads this review that they look for another company. read more

The movers did fine. The problem was they couldn't tell me a time first it was 9 to 10 and then the last person I spoke to said it could be 11 or one or two or three or four yeah I got a call the movers work at the storage facility at 9 o'clock that was the only call received and I had said I did not want to move in the morning, then after it was done the movers work out total of one hour and I was charged $400 which I think is outrageous so be careful because they want ad movers on you that you don't need. I had three movers I didn't need three all I needed to , but they said oh you'll get it done fast. They didn't tell me what I was paying three movers for an hours worth of work. read more

Worst experience ever. I was quoted on 7/22/23 by Scott that the cost of moving would be $165 per hour (2 hour minimum) travel and fuel will be 15% of the total bill and that's all. I was not told that travel and fuel will be two separate costs and I was told the incorrect hourly rate of the labor. The movers called at 10 wanting to start moving but when booking them, I specifically stated that I needed the movers by 10:30am. The movers claimed to be at my apartment moving at 10:30 but I have physical evidence that they started at 11am. The operation guy, Justin was so rude and highly unprofessional basically saying that I'm a liar about my experience and tried to coerce me into paying almost $1200 for a 3 hour move. Then the movers left without consulting me due to the apartment not being ready (which isn't my fault) and did not document that they were waiting. I did not get an itemized receipt and time log and when I tried to get it from the company building, Justin said that they didn't mark any tracking. Not sure why this guy was so short and angry but he needs to be reprimanded on how he treats paying customers. I will never do business with All My Sons ever again. I wish I could post with no stars...but. These folks started out great even though this was a horrendous move. Somewhere in the middle of the move, they started smoking pot and everything went down hill from there. A supervisor (Zach) who was too cool to rule and 3 teens off the streets looking to make some extra bread. He fed them medical grade marijuana all afternoon while working. I'm an artist and so much of my work was damaged. They cared nothing for anything above Walmart quality. Statutes broken, lamps broken. My safe hasn't shown up yet (over a year.) Go another route folks. You'll be surprisingly heart broken if you use All My Sons. read more

Hired this company in May for a June move going from a small 2 bedroom apartment to a slightly larger one in the same apartment complex. Was quoted $450. Was told someone would call a couple of days before the move to setup time and reverify details. Made deposit of $100 and did receive call a couple of days before the move to schedule the time and did so for 11am. Day of move got a call from the moving crew about 8:30am asking if we were ready. As we hadnt got the new apartment key, we were not, advised them of that. about 11:30 and no show. called their office and person there says there isnt really any scheduling just first ready. So about 2:30. Crew finally shows up and says they cant move us as is, and they would need to unpack and repack every everything to their standards, then move. which will take 9-12 hours and cost a couple of thousand dollar. There was never any mention of this previously, but ok, whatever. They leave and we set time for first thing the next morning. Then we spend a couple hours repacking to make sure there was no open boxes. cause a box of tupperware has to be completely sealed to be carried from one apartment to another. Later that day i got sick and ended in hospital so wasnt there next day. Next morning there was no show from them and no call. My room mates rented a Uhaul and had everything moved 3 hours later. Once i was out of hospital and feeling better, i called the company up and asked to have deposit refunded. Person at office says since they showed up the first they would be keeping the deposit. So i would under no circumstances recommend this company. You cant rely on them being on time or even showing up. They will try to add on a crazy amount of rework and extra time that requires. Then they will keep a deposit after refusing to do the job, because they drove from one interstate exit to another. read more

We contracted a team from El Paso, All My Sons Moving & Storage to move belonging of my sister-in-law from El Paso to East Texas. The estimator to the each of the team members were exceptionally professional, labored hard to do their job, and did the job in less time than estimated. The team drove during the 4th of July holiday all across Texas to deliver, without a hitch, all my sister-in-law's belongings. We were very thankful that all is well! I called All My Sons to help with a move recently and it was a disaster. They gave me a verbal quote over the phone and I put down a deposit. I then received a text with a written quote that was hire than the agreed upon verbal quote and never received an email confirming the deposit or date/time of the move. I called 3 days in advance of my move to ask for a time window and they were unable to provide one. I then called again the day before my move to get a timeframe and all they could tell me was "sometime in the afternoon". I then called the day of my move and they still could not give me a time. Finally, at 3pm the day of my move I had to cancel the move. I ended up switching moving companies and using College Hunks whom I would highly recommend. read more

The first thing the movers did was damage the front door of our rental house. We lost the majority of our deposit because of this. We had worked tirelessly to keep the house well-maintained to avoid this, and the movers immediately screwed that up. My husband has tried and tried to deal with the office, and they have been completely incompetent. They won't return phone calls. And everytime he calls them, he has to start all over again. When I complained to the local franchise owner - Joseph - he was completely unsympathetic and refused to honor the deal made by the representative. Completely unprofessional. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This was a horrendous experience right up until the movers finally showed up. First i communicated my schedule with Adam who assured me i would receive a call 2 hrs prior to arrival for an afternoon pickup. I received a call at 9:30am on the first day that the crew was at my house (7hours early). We rescheduled for the the following day, same time. Again I received a call at about 9-9:30 am that they were ready to pick up. I called Adam and he made excuses but promised to make it right that afternoon. His parting words were "we'll be there by 4pm. Fast forward to 4pm, and no movers however everyone i spoke to lied and told me 15 min until arrival. Team arrived after 7pm. Adam lied repeatedly and hung up on me Kenneth Williams gave me bad info Brody O'Brien, a Supervisor, never called me back When Gabriel and his crew showed up, they were polite, respectful and professional. In my opinion, the roles should be reversed and the moving crew should he in charge. The star us for them. Adam should be fired!! Never again. read more

Lost items (that they forgot to pack so just hand carried out unwrapped and unboxed). Tried to locate after discovered missing and can never get a human being to file a claim. They put you on "hold" never to be heard from again. They don't take an inventory of items/boxes so you cannot verify if everything made to the other end. Charged $300 for packing materials but was a small, local move that only required 6 boxes..Then supplied themselves a 25% tip that said was a "reasonable" amount to tip - but said also to "round up" to make it easy (yes easy for them for sure, two guys made 150 each in a 5 hour/3 block move from beginning to end). Movers in general get a bad rap from scammers like them. STAY AWAY!! read more
