I'm new to the area and tried this place for a manicure a few weeks back. I was willing to get a pedicure if the mani was good, but it was not. I asked for a dip manicure and the man didn't understand. He asked if I wanted a dip or a manicure. In my experience (I worked at a nail salon and have been frequenting nail salons for nearly 30 years), any type of nail color application, whether acrylic, gel, builder gel, or dip, should include nail and cuticle clean up, but whatever. I tried making simple conversation with him, but he didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. He prepped my nails for dip removal and minutes later a woman continued on. She seemed to understand my words a little better, but didn't do a good job. In the end, my nails were flat, cuticles weren't pushed back or trimmed, and now that they have grown out some, the edge around the nail bed is jagged, uneven and lifting. As I was getting my nails done I watched others walk in and ask for manis and pedis and it seemed that those are the only words they understood. None of the nail techs had their own nails done, weren't having any conversation with the clients and it seemed the clients understood that all you do is walk in and say mani or pedi. If you're ok asking someone to do nails for you that doesn't understand what you're saying, nor care to talk to their clients, create rapport with clients, then this might be the place for you. They are people that come here from another country, don't learn our language, do a bad job on nails, and probably take or send that money back to their country. I won't support that type of business. That was their only chance with me. Beware if you care. They won't have my business again. read more

I have a standing appt ( same day/same time) with same nail tech every two weeks. In the past 2 months I have shown up for my appointment only to be told she is not there. I did not even get the consideration of a phone call to tell me or to reschedule. This does not count the times she is late. They have no knowledge of how to run a business! Should have read reviews first. Gave them 3 tries. Waste of money. Inconsistent service. Nails done a week ago and already look like they need a fill. Polish on nails and toes sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. And if you can believe it, they didn't polish my left little toe. Won't be going back. Very disappointing. They really don't give a darn about customer service or customer satisfaction. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! I called before hand to know the wait time. The man on the phone told me I wouldn't have a long wait to come and he'd get me in a chair. I waited 2 1/2 hours! After finally getting in the chair, the man rushed & did my nails & midway through left to grab pizza & went into a back room and closed the door as i sat there with my nails half done. I complained & a woman came over & finished them but never shaped them or anything b/c she had her own client to get back to. I even had to point out where the color was uneven but she barely fixed it. Afterwards, I paid & left but didnt realize how bad my nails looked until the next day at work. Im embarrassed to wear them & now have to get them redone. Dont come here! read more

This salon is by far the best. First, you have Alex, the owner who greets you the minute you walk in the door. And who has an amazing sense of humor. He will do his very best to get you in (although I recommend an appointment) and keeps the waits as short as possible. For a manicure, Hannah hits the nail on the head every time! No matter the request, she can do it! And I've asked from some crazy things! My daughter loves Bon, and he is so kind, considering he is listening to teenage drama for a good hour. But he always makes my daughter feel important! For a pedicure, Bi is by far one of the best! He gives the best messages and his details to design are out of this world! He is so creative. I enjoy my time here. I get to have some one on one with my daughter with people who are professional and the most kind hearted and funny group. The picture I have attached is a pedi I got by Bi. I would give this company a 5 for their prices & fine work but they play music so loud, at times, that my head pounds. Additionally,there are small children in the salon who are exposed to the destructive, loud music. Hope they will change this b/c otherwise, great nail work & fast too. read more

I've been to this nail place before and overlooked many negatives because I thought the quality of service was excellent. That was until today. I was a walk-in. I was told that I would be seen in 30 minutes which would have been fine. I always tack on an extra 10 minutes to give the tech some wiggle room and to keep my patience in check. I waited a whole hour before I was seen. I asked for pink & white gel and the owner started to give me pink and white ombré. I caught it quickly so only half a nail had to be done over. I was burned several times with the drill due to him staying in the same spot for too long. A few nails are lumpy, thick, and just plain ugly. His wife asked him a question in a different language and he was yelling at her...fussing, while gesturing at me. Two calls came in while I was there and the people calling in were told to come in-in the afternoon because they were booked up for the morning. I was there from 8:45(before they opened) until the owner finished my nails at 11:40. Within that time they had only serviced 4 out of 5 people. I forgot to mention that there was another walk in that showed up after me who was seen before me.‍ I will no longer support businesses like this! They don't appreciate your customers and when I make an appointment, I'm never seen at my appointment time. You've seen the last of my money. read more

This place has good customer service, I recommend you make an appointment because is always so busy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Place is very clean. Why 2 stars because the volume of people that come here is so heavy they rush thru pedicures and manicures and they don't take their time. I had a manicure and only lasted 26 hours the most. So dissatisfied. I went out of state and couldn't go back right away to complain what a poor job they did. Usually a manicure well done and painted will last at least a week before it looks like you've done hard yard work like a caveman. Gosh I was pissed. She didn't even take the time to put base coat. She massaged my hands so rough that it hurt so bad. She sure rushed me. Will not return. read more

Today was my 3rd visit this year. I made an appointment for dip powder nails at 1 o'clock. The place was crowded when I arrived a few minutes before. (About 5 others waiting) In a few minutes I learned there were 2 customers still waiting for a 12 o'clock appointment. About 1:15 I asked when they might get to my 1 o'clock. I was told to have a seat at one of the stations and someone would be with me in a few minutes. Ten minutes later it did not appear that anyone was ready for me. I started to take a look around and saw someone else's nail clippings all over the counter along with nail dust, skanky looking nail polish bottles and straw wrappers. This place is nasty! Definitely not crowded and not rushed. The massage chairs are a little outdated but still got the job done. Mom and pop shops are a hit or miss but today it has been a hit. read more
