I was quoted $75 for a mani/pedi, then once they started, the price mysteriously increased with extra charges never explained or approved. Total scam behavior. The technicians cut into my cuticles the entire time--painful, careless, and unsafe. On top of that, they somehow managed to leave red nail polish smeared all over my hands, like basic cleanup wasn't even a priority. The staff spoke to each other in Spanish the whole time, barely communicating with me at all, which felt extremely unprofessional--especially when prices were changing behind the scenes. As if that wasn't enough, they ordered and ate lunch while actively doing my nails. Completely inappropriate. The entire appointment took nearly THREE HOURS for work that wasn't even done well. Vibe was awkward in there the talk to you like their talking down to you and some of them expect you to be okay with them what you went in there for initially. I pre paid $75 for what I was getting, next thing I know they charged me $180 for a simple pedicure and manicure that was supposed to be dip but instead decided to do gel X when that's not what I wanted... AWFUL don't go here!!!!!!!! Between the pain, the mess, the overcharging, and the disrespect, this was an awful experience from start to finish. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and honestly shocked. I will never be going back. Save your time, money, and cuticles and go somewhere else.

But yesterday it was "official". My buddy's wife made the appointment for me with Diane. The minute I walked in the place every woman's head swiveled in my direction with that Egad , it's a MAN entering a Woman's world look on their face. Suddenly I realized that I WAS the only man in the joint. Suddenly , everyone is giggling and speaking in Chinese. Hmmm talking about me maybe ‍. So , Diane motions me over to her chair and told me to sit down. I do as I'm told. Placing my bare feet into a caldron of HOT water. Silly me , I expected WARM water, not HOT. Too late. Diane seized control of my feet which now are in her hands. Next thing I know the chair I'm sitting in starts punching me in my back. What ?! Oh ! It's called a massage. A massage while having my feet attended to , how nice. Well I must say , Diane did a very thorough job and left my pampered feet cleaned and refreshed with nails trimmed and filed down. She included an Olive Oil treatment of my lower legs and removed calloused skin from the bottom of my feet. Diane did a tremendous job treating my feet and as I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. Why , I was so pampered I almost felt like a girl . Diane ordered me back in 6 weeks to maintain a health care regimen of my feet. So , I guess that means ... I'll be back. Oh yeah , and free parking in a private lot. Always a plus in my book.

They do not double book or overbook- if you have to wait for your appointment it either means the person before you was either late or asked for something extra ( like an extra detailed design). Also, and most important is I do not have acrylic nails and I only go every 4 weeks!! Talk about a money saver.

I've spent the past year growing my natural nails, so having one completely break was extremely upsetting. I went in person to the salon and spoke to kelly who did my nails to have the completely broken nail fixed, and I was told I would have to pay $8 because it had been more than 3 days. I understand having policies, but I don't feel this situation was fair. I paid $75 for my nails, and they didn't even last two weeks. I asked if they could at least fix ONE nail without charging me, but they still refused. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and with how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this salon, especially for builder gel on natural nails. If i can give 0 stars i would.

I immediately noticed how clean the salon was and my appointment started on time. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and they were done within an hour. I will definitely make this a new tradition when I'm in the area. The prices were so much better than what I am used to and the service was impeccable. My nails also turned out great and haven't chipped!
