They were incredibly accommodating and were able to help me facilitate a large group event for Kappa Delta sorority recruitment in back in 2022. Tim was incredibly helpful and we truly enjoyed working with them. We were able to service many members with pedicures or eyebrow service. They also offered complimentary drinks and ensured they would have proper staff to cover us all. I consider this one of the highlights of my sorority memories :). Current FGCU students I encourage you to please continue to make connections with your local businesses! It will greatly benefit you both.

No scrub or massage, she wouldnt even let my feet soak. 25 minutes later and a different color then I wanted the rude man ordered me to not only pay $45 for my spa pedicure but $15 for the gel color. I paid and left upset and not relaxed. The procedure wasn't done, my feet are dry cuticles ripped off and a color I disnt want that is peeling 2 days later. Beware of this place!

The Polished Nail is most definitely exceptional in every way and is deserving of highest praise and commendation. The nail artists are outstanding in their skills and talents, carefulness, and desire to please and accommodate the needs and requests of their clients. The salon is impeccably clean and the atmosphere is quietly relaxing and lovely. The staff and artists are wonderfully welcoming, respectful, and kind. I regularly go to Polished Nail for gel or dip manicures and also for the deluxe pedicures. My manicures and pedicures never chip and it is obvious upon visiting the salon that the nail artists are meticulous about their work and focused on gratifying their clients with beautiful nails. Cuticles are always perfectly and gently trimmed, feet and hands carefully smoothed and moisturized, and nails clipped and/or filed to the specific length and shape described and requested by the client. In addition, the leg and foot massages with warm stones are amazingly relaxing and soothing. Again, every detail is handled with precision and skill and I have been to no salon where satisfaction of the client seems so important to the owners and artists. I have had the pleasure of Linda being my nail artist for almost three years when new ownership of the salon began. (Note that reviews prior to three years seem irrelevant since this wonderful salon changed ownership at about that time.) She is outstandingly talented and always pleasant in providing her services. I have often taken guests with me to the salon and they have repeatedly complimented the services of the other artists as well. I have been to many nail salons through the years, mostly in the Chicago area. I have never received better manicures and pedicures. My toenails literally fell off after getting gel pedicure at tipsy nail bar Fort Myers…read more Went if for my first tipsy pedicure on the 14th (my birthday). Was super excited to try the place out. A couple days later I noticed the gel bubbling, turns out it was my toenail detaching. Less than a week later, 2 more toenails fell off. Did some research, turns out this is due to improper application/curing . Called the store to speak with a manager, requested a refund for the inconvenience. He laughed. Horrible customer service. Horrible turnout.
