The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

The tech never bothered to look in my attic, where it was obvious wiring could easily be run. Over two weeks later I received a quote in the mail for a crazy $1,200; yes not a misprint $1,200. Not only is the tech a complete idiot, but the vice president who signed off on this quote should be ashamed of himself, to try to scam a possible unsuspecting woman. While waiting for the long awated quote a neighbor mentioned they had the same job done by Vos Electric. Vos came within the week, did an easily install through the attic and we're done in no time. Cost you are wondering? $250.00. Eland Electric shame on you!!
