We bought a house that had been flipped/ completely gutted and remodeled. The home past the village and home inspection. We had an unexpected house fire displacing our family. The county could Not figure out the cause of fire and relied on PLB. Not only did they find cause of fire/ solve the problem, they did the electrical work correctly and got us into our home by working overnight all night and the next day to ensure we could get back into our home as soon as possible. My family is very grateful for their dedication and excellent work. If you want the best, don't call anyone else! The Atherton Family

    We had a tech recently come to our house. Before coming to our home their communication was great…read moreand they were very responsive. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.
