I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

I was told they did not warrant their sewer work and they would charge us another $425! A company that doesn't stand behind their work is not trustworthy. We are senior citizens and need our water! We cannot flush the toilets without severe gurgling in the drains. We can't shower without the toilets gurgling. We have to call another plumber because I will not give these people any more money, especially if they won't warranty their work!
