Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor! Very smooth talker as we walked through the entire house and garage, said they did this all the time and had all the equipment and manpower needed. Said it would take 2 - 3 days. They finished up in one day and gave a bill for $5000. When we questioned the bill they threatened to sue and cost us another several hundred in lawyer fees.
