He will answer no questions with certainty and sigh like you're bothering him by calling. Alvin will blatantly just not call you back. He will say he's going to email things to be transparent and correct mistakes they have made in the past but then never follow through. At one point that had 3 dehumidifiers in my house but only 2 were running (but they'll bill for 3). They had the technician show up at any time he wanted even though we had specific scheduled times. This company is a scam and unreliable. I would never recommend someone to trust them to do the right thing when it comes to their home. The days we spent going back and forth with them and trying to get calls back, could have potentially caused our house to have further damage. I ended up making the appointment but I talked to my husband afterwards, and I'm like you know she was really very rude and I did not like her tone I did not like how she basically forced us to have to have the septic pumped or drained or whatever, and me being sick, we have a lot of bills and we just didn't have the money to put towards draining the septic at the moment. And even though we told her that you know will definitely have them come back around October to drain it she wasn't satisfied with that answer. So I ended up calling back the receptionist to answer it that every time we had exchanges, it was very kind. She was very very sweet. But I told her we're not gonna keep our appointment. She asked why I said well is there a manager or supervisor that I could speak to.? The wax ring was the only issue. The flange was in good condition the floorboards were in good condition and they said that yes they do recommend that we get the septic drained or pumped or whatever but as long as we're not having back up in our toilets or in our outback on the ground or whatever and we should be OK. They weren't trying to sell us anything that we didn't need. We did end up getting A new toilet only because we really needed one because the one that was leaking even though it was just the wax seal, it was also cracked a little bit on the bottom, so I really didn't wanna take a chance plus when he went to remove the toilet he couldn't get it off because of the way the screws were and it was so rusty and pick, that he ended up having to break the toilet to get it off lol. For example, he complained about a supply line leak above the shower within the first week. He said he replaced "all the plumbing" at a gym in Cahoes. I declined his offer to remedy the issue; the drips of water were produced by condensation, not a leak. He said he handled housekeeping for various Airbnb units throughout upstate NY. As I'm an experienced Airbnb host of 7 units, this falsehood became abundantly clear. My experiences with Ted Biddle would be laughable, if not for fear of sinister intent.
