He was able to come back out in a week and fix a leak in the basement by changing some pipes out. Vincent also took a look at some other issues we had and offered recommendations on how to fix them. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient. They were nice and gave us a temporary portable unit for one bedroom. We have two bedrooms and now cannot have our daughter visit us since we have no air conditioning.
