I called at 5pm in the evening, expecting to get a call back later that week. He called me at 6:30pm, and went to see the job within 2 days. The quote was very fair, and significantly below the one other person I had been able to get to look at the job. A week and a half later, we had a new furnace and new hot water heater, 2 days ahead of schedule. John communicated with me daily, let me know of anything unexpected, and was on time and on budget. Managing repairs from afar is always a challenge, but John made it easy with great communication, including pictures.
