Unfortunatlly they've kept us wondering for two weeks.............. 9/24/25 Had an urgent situation with a back-up, called, they were booked, but next day had cancellation. Cool - they [pumped, cleared clog and was told had a "cupplink not attached poperly. someone would be back..............10/2 called was told they'd be there today ??? Our septic alarm went off on a Sunday. My husband called on Monday am and spoke with a lady. At around 9 am we got a visit from one of the guys. Seems we have issues with the pump. We are waiting for them to come back the next day as they are so busy and with one less truck. Hopefully it will get fixed soon. read more

This company has it all. Excellent customer service, superior knowledge and technical expertise. They're Honest, and in addition to all that, they're quite pleasant fellows. I had a particular problem with my site, which needed some real technical knowledge and skill to overcome. They hooked me up with an Engineering firm who worked out all the necessary details, and Uncle Bob's was able to install a septic system for my new home,,, and did a Great job at that. They also have some fellows working there with Many years of construction experience. They did some excavation, and driveway work for me at a fair price...for Quality Work. Superb and timely service. Immediately upon your first interaction on the phone you realize you are being dealt with by a company who cares. Up front and honest! Service was scheduled quickly. The workers were the most professional and personable people you could have. They explained how the septic system worked and showed me what they were looking at in my tank.
