A good piece of advice is to be extra cautious and scrutinize the cheapest quote especially when you're hiring for some service that you're not as familiar with. We selected BPrecise Plastering due to their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness They were neither the cheapest nor most expensive but near the middle. Aldo came out, reviewed, and explained what was to be done. I appreciated that he provided a written quote that detailed everything - work to be performed, material to be used, and timeline. A couple of other companies only gave a price and verbal commitments, but nothing explicitly written which was a yellow (if not red) flag for me. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. They took care to cover the work areas so that our pavers weren't damaged or stained. Once everything was done they also used a leaf blower to clear out any dust and dirt leaving our yard clean and tidy. We're very happy with the end result and extremely happy Aldo was able to finish our project before the end of the year even during the holiday season. We would hire again for any future projects.
