They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. For the record, I was able to part ways with the previous contractor in an amicable, professional, and respectful manner. We even exchanged a few cordial text messages after executing our contract termination agreement. What I did ask for was transparency, professionalism, and clear communication regarding the scope of work and your observations during the inspection process. Instead of asking clarifying questions like a straight shooter would, you jumped to conclusions about my intentions to "sue" another contractor. I'm a fair and professional person, and I have no issue with a contractor deciding they are no longer interested in a project. That happens. But the professional thing to do is communicate that clearly and directly -- not disappear, ignore calls and messages, and leave a prospective client completely in the dark after promising a proposal the same evening. My review was based entirely on my actual experience: you inspected the site, committed to sending a proposal, and then went completely silent with no follow-up whatsoever.
