Juan Serrano made empty promises, endless excuses and blamed everyone else. He first said we could close by the end of September because the CD was supposed to go out by 9/24. It took another 2 weeks for the CD to go out and he said the buyer was approved. He neglected to say there were still conditions so it took another 3 weeks after the CD was signed. No other lender takes 2-3 days to get loan docs out and 2-3 days to fund. I will never work with them again. The regional manager never responded and the VP doesn't care either. A lot of realtors have had bad experiences so it won't take long for word to get around. A company that won't take responsibility won't last long.
