We had viewed the cats online already, and simply wanted to know their personalities prior to adoption. It's so sad that this woman wouldn't let this happen. There were also multiple other employees around, so we weren't taking her away from anything crazy. We didn't catch her name, but she had heavy eye makeup, like a wing eyeliner, and pink-short hair.

I have been asked to not return to a couple of groomers because his attitude. I've taken him to Dapper Dog for about 2 to 3 years now and he actually enjoys getting groomed now. He always looks great when he comes out too. Having said that, I know Dapper Dog is not the cheapest groomer in town, but the fact that they handle my basket case of a mini Schnauzer without complaint, it's worth every penny.
