    We have ants and silverfish problem in our house…read more Emil did a great job with the customer service, very helpful, responsive, and gives a pretty good rundown what would be expected. The price is pretty reasonable, especially for 2 pests, and not overcharged as other companies. It comes with 2 visits, 2 weeks apart from the first. However, the on site experience was not as great as mentioned. Technician came, went to spraying right away, and it felt like he was in a rush. Did not really check what might be the cause of the infestation (would not be an easy thing to investigate, but we did not really see the effort to find the cause). We see a great reduced number of ants, but still see a few lingering around, not as concerned number as before, but we feeling better about the ants. Also, 2 weeks after the second treatment we keep seeing silverfish back even after the treatment and trap was applied (they mentioned the number might increase the following week/10 days after treatment due to them trying to leave the premises, or longer since the treatment is pet/child safe product and it might take a bit to work). After the 2 visits, extra visit/treatment will cost extra, even with some pests coming back. - Giving a 5 stars still since they gave me a full refund due to my dissatisfaction with the service on site. Treatment did not do as well to the my pests situation, but great customer priority, owning up to their words, and honesty overall.

I sent out a few messages first thing Tuesday morning, and Bryan responded to me within 10 minutes even though it was well before they were technically open. He told me everything that they would need to check and confirm if they were rats or mice and why they were different. I asked if he could give me an estimate and he was up front about the cost, which I thought was reasonable. His team was out there first thing in the morning. They captured the rodent in her closet and laid out all of the additional traps, and ended up catching another one later in the day. I was most impressed by the professional systems Bryan has in place. He has a professional welcome email, text messaging system to confirm your appointment, detailed reports with pictures and notes about what was found, and then sends the invoice through email and you can pay easily online. I will certainly be going to Bryan for any pest issues at our rental property going forward and highly recommend his service.

The company came out later that day for the inspection of the problem. I expected getting an estimate of the cost to remove the nest and bird and to schedule a time for the service at the end of the visit. This did not happen. The visit in all took more than 30 minutes. It started out fine but eventually Brian requested to walk my entire upper home and rooftop and outside backyard. Seemed reasonable. Then, he spent a lot of time discussing how much he admired my home and would love to have a rooftop like mine and just relax up there. Then he asked me if I was interested in buying his house brand mosquito bait for the seating area outside. I declined as I don't even have that problem. I was getting a very clear feeling that the estimated price was going to be inflated as he kept commenting on how 'nice' my home was. I kept circling back to asking how much this would cost and how quickly he could actually come and take care of the job. This was a Saturday and he said he wouldn't even have an estimate ready until Wednesday and wouldn't know when he has a opening for the removal quite yet. I was quite confused as I said on the phone I needed the matter dealt with quickly. He said he would send me an estimate, but he needed to balance how much he works each week. I'm not even sure what that means-- if you can't give the estimate, why come out to waste both our time? I wrote off the visit as a waste of my afternoon and that I would just need to find another company. However, He then emailed me a bill for $95 later that week-- with still no written estimate of how much it would cost to take care of the bird issue! I emailed back asking what the estimate was. He said the 95$ would be put toward my bill however at that point, I didn't even know what I'm paying for. He said I would need to pay the $95 to even see an estimate of how much the actual removal would cost. That is crazy! I have never left a negative Yelp review before, and I wasn't planning on even submitting a review for this company, but Brian just called me and rudely yelled at me to pay the bill. I told him I called another company later that week who also charged me for inspection but actually gave me the estimate and date for removal at the time of the visit and we got the job done for $100 total. This company told me this was a very simple straight forward job. I felt like I was being taken for a ride, with a demand of payment for no actual service. Many services (plumber, electrician Etc) have come to our home and some even charge for their time to give an estimate but i felt that this particular interaction was very awkward and unprofessional. And I still haven't even been able to see this estimate. Overall, I did not have a good experience.
