I had so much dog hair and some unknown stains on my back seat. I thought there was no way to get that sticky mess out. I called Danny and he came over early morning per my request and did an excellent job on my car. They say you get what you pay for, well it was definitely worth every penny.

Had my 2015 Mustang fully detailed by Danny before I trade it in and get a new 2021 mustang, and I have to say my car looked a million times better than the day I purchased it. He was able to remove a stain from the seat, get all of the pet hair off the floor boards, AND cleaned my engine - just to name a few of the services he performed on my car. He was very profession, timely, and his prices were VERY fair considering everything he had to do to my car. I will be calling him out to put a ceramic coat on my car within the next few weeks... I trusted him with my car and that is worth it's weight in gold!

Danny came over and enhanced our new car by installing a ceramic coating to protect the paint. Our car was less than two weeks new bought directly off the showroom floor. He was honest with my husband about the type of wax he was going to use; which if he went with the wax my husband wanted, he would have gotten more money out of us. He took his time and explained everything before and after on exactly what he had done. He got some swirl marks out of the plastic that I thought I was stuck with. I highly recommend Danny!! I contacted Danny last minute, late in the afternoon, and he was able to come the very next day. My biggest concern was dust in my interior and the dog hair in my floor/seats. Him and his partner tweezed out 99% of the dog hair, better than my expectations. I let him know I'd be going on a trip with my dogs in couple weeks so I'll be booking again soon read more

I was in town to visit my husband and really needed a full detail service since I had just transported my very sick dog who had a lot of accidents in the back seat due to not being able to walk anymore. The gentleman that did the detailing was also very nice and super knowledgeable!! He even found a spill that I was unaware of and cleaned it right up! Hello! I contacted this company towards the end of August 2022. Fast response time, pictures were sent over on condition of car we agreed Sept 4 2022 of service. I had even paid a deposit (only $25). The night before the service I was contacted about a personal reason that was needed to be rescheduled, I responded and agreed. Nearly 2 weeks later I contacted company again, no response. Call went to voicemail. Understood, and waited. Now nearly over 2 months and no contact. My review is solely based on lack of communication thereof. I paid a deposit (I'm not even mad about that it was a little deposit anyways and I'm not asking for it back), I was understanding and understood from the text messages not saying delivered and the call going straight to voicemail that more time was needed. However, over 2 months and no communication on rescheduling is lacking in customer service. read more

I couldn't get my car detailed when I bought it so I needed stickers/residue removed from my windows, including my floor board vacuumed to put my floor mats in. He gave me an amazing price, which I am extremely grateful for. Not only did he schedule me for the next day, he even came to my work to do it. Him and his worker did such a beautiful job, will definitely call them again for any other needs. It's hard to find a kind with good quality business, which is definitely what they are. read more

Had dropped a Starbucks in my car and it exploded everywhere and filled out the quote form not expecting to get a call so soon but got a call same day and he came out the next day and an hour later the front of my car looked brand new and clean from the Starbucks and anything else that had dirtied my car! Danny came out to do a wash and detail on a used car we bought for our daughter. He had awesome communication and was very flexible.. He came at the agreed time and was very professional. We are 100% no contact due to our daughters medical risk with covid. He was so great. He had no problem wearing a mask and glove, He was creative in ways to collect the keys and payment.. He asked for pics of the "problem areas" that might want extra attention on and did a perfect job hitting them. He went above and beyond. The car looked amazing when he was finished. We have had 2 other mobile services come out for our other cars previously. He charged a fraction of the price without compromising the finish product. Maybe he was busy so I called Danny again and he quoted price, and requested pics which I sent. Appointment set for 11-5-2021. Confirmed in a text the evening before. I canceled the service and wanted to switch it over to the new truck and told I can't do that so there's a year worth of wash gone so then I paid for my wife's car, she went in and paid so we're paying twice a month for the same car and I can't get nobody from the office to call me back if you're thinking about using them think about this when it comes time for you to pay. I don't want this to sound all bad. I did enjoy their services and would continue on, but I'm not giving money away for free and I think it's sad when they won't talk to the customer.

Apparently I wasn't alone as there was a line at the car wash but I have my membership so I just went through the membership lame and scanning my membership and was on my way to get my car wash. There was a brief minute of pause through the car wash machine the car behind me once that was resolved the car wash started running again. The dryer is awesome everything is great.

This is because I've grown accustomed to the Graphene membership that I have will not clean this areas even in the slightest. (And today, it also only completed my tier 4 wash as an "Epic", which is tier 2, just above Express.) Therefore I am well accustomed to what my Lightning looked like beforehand. Getting our vehicles prepped post surf-thru wash for a photo op introduced two deep metal gashes on the top of my Lightning that were definitely not there before. Summarily, I am removing my subscription. And I highly advise you all to do as well, if your car isn't considered a rust-bucket.

They gave us a range in what the auto detail cost would be. We had significant pet hair like we owned a traveling zoo and hard water stains from the sprinklers. We dropped the car off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 3:00 PM. When we picked it up, we were immediately greeted again by Gunner, who walked the car with us once again. The water stains were gone, and apparently it took an army to get them off lol. 100% happy and satisfied. The car looks brand new! I didn't think we could ever say that because of the state that it was in. Will be scheduling at least once a year.

On a Monday morning in April I rolled in for a car wash because of all the bug splatters on my Subaru from numerous trips to the Bay Area that takes me across the Valley on Hwy 152, big ag country. Lots of dirt, too. I had noticed that the liner of the back space was pretty grimy and wondered if Red Carpet had a way to clean it so I asked the young man, Bobby, who was signing me in for service. He asked a few questions about what I meant so I got out and showed him the liner. He gave me two choices--they could wipe it down for no cost, or for $2.50 it could be pressure washed. I asked him about how much time it would take and he assured me that it's quick, and that there was only about a 20 minute wait at that time due to no line. He was very conscientious about my time. I chose the pressure wash. It turned out very well and I was on my way very quickly. Good service. Quick work. Paying attention to customer concerns. This is the old Red Carpet. Danny did a engine bay cleaning and a carpet and seat cleaning in my gmc truck. I could not have been more pleased with the result. He got a lot of stains out of the seats and the carpets were like new again. The engine looked great too! My car was dirty from driving out to Madera and back to Fresno a few times a week. I heard about this business from a friend who loved how her car turned out after it got cleaned.
