Hello! I contacted this company towards the end of August 2022. Fast response time, pictures were sent over on condition of car we agreed Sept 4 2022 of service. I had even paid a deposit (only $25). The night before the service I was contacted about a personal reason that was needed to be rescheduled, I responded and agreed. Nearly 2 weeks later I contacted company again, no response. Call went to voicemail. Understood, and waited. Now nearly over 2 months and no contact. My review is solely based on lack of communication thereof. I paid a deposit (I'm not even mad about that it was a little deposit anyways and I'm not asking for it back), I was understanding and understood from the text messages not saying delivered and the call going straight to voicemail that more time was needed. However, over 2 months and no communication on rescheduling is lacking in customer service. read more
