We've been searching for an auto detail shop that is reasonable in price and also delivers on what they promise. To preface, we reached out to several other businesses prior to settling on executive auto. We originally wanted to support some of the newer, upcoming detail shops. However, we were disappointed with their lack of communication and follow through. Cue Gunner - with immediate responses through yelp, a handshake when you drop off your car, and a thorough walk-through, explaining everything that will be done, no wonder they have 4.8 stars. They gave us a range in what the auto detail cost would be. We had significant pet hair like we owned a traveling zoo and hard water stains from the sprinklers. We dropped the car off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 3:00 PM. When we picked it up, we were immediately greeted again by Gunner, who walked the car with us once again. The water stains were gone, and apparently it took an army to get them off lol. 100% happy and satisfied. The car looks brand new! I didn't think we could ever say that because of the state that it was in. Will be scheduling at least once a year. read more

EAD thoroughly cleaned my KIA Soul, inside and out and even touched up some paint scratches in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. By "thoroughly", I mean they got every dust speck in every crack and crevice and made every knob and surface shine. Where do I begin?! I have a Prius that I've been needing to get the interior detailed and was browsing through Yelp and found this hidden gem. I messaged them and Gunner, one of the owner messaged me within the same hour in detail with a quote of what I wanted to get done. He was able to schedule me with my next availability. They are located next to Subaru of Fresno on San Jose street. Kind of hidden but it was very easy to find. I was scheduled to drop my vehicle off at 8am to 2:30pm today. Once I arrived I was greeted and Gunner was there to look at my car and discussed in detail what I wanted. It was fast I showed him the interior and he also had recommended to protect the interior since I park it out in the sun. I gave him my keys and he told me it should be done by 2:30pm. I received a call around 1pm saying my car would ready at 2pm and to pick it up around that time because they closed at 3pm. I arrived exactly at 2pm and was greeted by the other owner Isaac and my car was ready. Gunner was there and showed me the work they did. I was so happy with the way it turned out. They did a beautify amazing job. The stains were gone from my seats, the dash was also stain-free. My carpet and mats were also very clean and polished. It was spotless and the interior looked brand new. This isn't the first time I've detailed the interior of this car. I've gone to another location who charged an insane price compared to this location and I would have to say this place has exceeded my expectation compared to the other place I've gone to. Not to mention how reasonably priced their service was. I couldn't be more happy and impressed with the outcome. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.
