Unfortunately, I cant say that this was my first time in jail or having to deal with a bail bondsman. However, I can say that this was the #1 best experience, that I have ever had in dealing with a bail bond company in or out of jail. Every person I spoke with was polite, professional, courteous and genuinely were trying their best to get me out as soon as possible. It took me a week to gather the necessary phone numbers, document's and monies needed in order for them to post my bond. Every person that answered the phone when I called during that week was aware of my file and the circumstances of my case, whether I had previously spoke with them or not and were readily available to help with any of my questions. They never gave up or were put off by my often frantic requests to do something that they had just got done doing. For instance, they had just been on the phone with my son when I called their office and I asked that they please text him back just to let my son know that "I Loved him" NOW THAT IS SERVICE.... These people are totally incompetent. My daughter was unlucky enough to get herself arrested in Riverside county. I contacted AllPro,they got her out, but didnt follow through with the courts requirements. This caused an arrest warrant to be issued. Allpro then refused to accept any of the blame and wanted to charge another another $2500 to bail her out again refusing to reinstate her bail claiming that it was a new case. It was not a new case,they (All Pro) it seems do not know the business that they are involved in and they dont care to know. Allpro are predators taking advantage a persons unhappy circumstances. There are many other bail bonds companys that know their business and charge alot less. read more
