Worst experience of my life! Willie took advantage of me not understanding how bail works and only cared to take my money, lie, and not follow through on his word. He was completely unprofessional and very rude to me. I ended up going to another bail bonds who acted right away and did the job! Shout out to Bail Boys! and I told Willie to cancel and he still processed my payment and has not refunded my money. $1600! He knew my family was visiting from out of town and was only going to be in town 2 days and the urgency of my son getting out of jail. He told me my son could be out in a couple hours but he never went to the jail To post bond. He blamed it on the jail not answering the phone. He kept giving me excuses for hours about why my son's bail was delayed turns out it was all a lie! I had to go to the jail myself to find out my son was eligible for bail. But no one had come to post bond which was what Willie promised me. 12-15 hours had gone by and my son missed his event at UCLA which was why we were in LA. Willie told me he had people in LA but he lied repeatedly. I will report him and this business to the dept of insurance since he won't give my money back and obviously I have to file a dispute on the payment. I'm still dealing with this nightmare a week later. I don't know how he sleeps at night but he told me on the phone he sleeps great! Bad bad business and character of Willie! read more

I, along with several other people, involved in the bail for someone we all know, have tried multiple times to contact Mr. Gerald Watkins, and he has not returned any of our phone calls, text messages, or voicemails. I've tried before, during, and after the holiday, and at random times during the day and night. Only on rare occasions do we actually get to speak with him. I really do hope to get a call back from him, so we can close the deal, and bail this person out. However, I really doubt that will happen.. Mr. Watkins, if you are reading this, please contact me ASAP, and I will write a better review (provided things get solved, too). But, the lack of action, and professionalism, as of now, justifies this review. I don't recommend this Bail Bondsman. read more

There are literally hundreds of Bail bonds out there. My girlfriend and her friends were leaving downtown gaslamp.
